I contracted with this company over the phone to clean an empty rental property, which was fairly clean already. we just wanted to provide a thorough and professional cleaning to the new tenant. The staff that showed up did a lousy job and argued that wiping down the doors to each room (4 of them) was an up charge. I will not be using this company in the future. I did respond to the owner here so not sure why he states there’s been no communication.
