Absolutely amazing ladies working! I brought in an extra milky iced coffee(from another location) & I was just going to purchase ice coffee plain to add to my previous purchased drink & they were so sweet & made me a brand new coffee! Will not go to another location again! Love this place and these ladies! You can tell they have so much fun working together

This location used to do a really good job with customer service. Lately their service has been lacking. Most of the time everyone is friendly for the most part but the last few times I have been here my experience has not been that great. 1st is Communication. A couple times now when I have gone there the cashier failed to mention that they did not have oatmeal after already charging me for it. So after receiving my drink I am standing there waiting for an oatmeal that is not coming only to find out that they don’t have any. Then I have to wait to get a refund because they are pretty busy and servicing other guests. Another time I asked to get more creamer because the one on the counter was out and I stood there waiting while the girl put it back on the counter where it was before and she did not communicate that she put back over in the other area. Then today they failed to mention my drink was ready like they normally do. Just seems like the communication is lacking and needs to be worked on. It’s the most important thing to have in life. The other thing is I don’t know if they are trying to save on ice or what it is but at this location if you don’t ask for extra ice by the time you leave the parking lot your iced drink no longer has ice in it. Hook it up on the ice… last thing I have noticed is employees getting in line to get drinks when it is super busy… I am in the food service industry and one of the things we do not do is go on breaks when it is busy… I really love Starbucks… like many I come here a lot… but these things are less than satisfying and will detour me from coming back…

I don’t understand how people in the service industry lack customer service. If I’m placing an order don’t ask a co-worker a question and when I think it was directed to me don’t get an attitude and say it wasn’t. Alyssa(I think that’s her name) if it isn’t she’s the girl with the tattoos and braces. Was rude and should learn that the customer should receive her undivided attention when placing an order especially when it was just one drink. Never had bad customer service at any Starbucks but I know I won’t be coming back to this one… And probably won’t be coming back to this Safeway. Fail.

Super fast service from fast and accurate employees. This location is inside a Safeway store. It has plenty of seating and available wifi through the Safeway network. I really like this place. It was an unexpected treat.

Drinks are always consistent, which is surprising when you go to in-store locations. Staff is friendly and always polite. And there is never a line which makes me one very happy customer! Only caveat, you can’t redeem your rewards here but you can use your Starbucks app to pay.
