After lots of research and journey through the endless abyss which is buying mattresses, we ran into Bob Wilkey at Mattress Firm the one next to Fashion Square and he was amazingly helpful. Because of his professionalism and in depth product knowledge he was able to guide us through the buying process to find exactly the mattress that fit our needs.
We are extremely happy and will be back for all future purchases from Bob.

Last week I visited the Mattress Firm store located on North Scottsdale Rd. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. We chose a mattress and paid for it in full. They told us there was 3 to 4 in stock and could deliver it anytime. We chose Saturday for delivery between 9 – 12. Saturday morning, after removing our present mattress and giving away bedding we called the store because we had not heard from them. We where told that our mattress was now not in stock and they would not have any more until Thursday! No explanation!!! They said they could credit our delivery fee or would refund our money. I don’t want a refund I want a mattress to sleep on tonight! I absolutely would not shop nor encourage anyone else to either. We are waiting for a manager to call us back… and our phone has not rung. I guess they are to busy opening new stores to worry about existing customers !!! A totally unsatisfied customer,
