If I could rate 0 I would over and over again. Got this pathetic excuse of a company through a warranty call and the first time I called them I should have known to request another company because the voicemail was from a girl who had an education level of a first grader at best. It seems like a girl working from her cell phone and maybe a guy with a truck. This was an emergency order placed the night before, I called first thing the next morning and was promised that they would be out that day. Another red flag was the fact that they don’t give time frame windows, what normal company doesn’t give you a window to be there? Fine, I let it slide. Called maybe 4 hours later to ask for any clue as to when the guy would show up and got a non-answer, then called an hour or two later, then an hour later, then 45 mins later, each time the girl would tell me that he would be there«today». Then at 5PM she said I promise he will be there and again believed her story like a fool, only to wait until 6:45PM with no call, no show. Called numerous times and finally got her on the phone, and she was mad because she was at dinner. Really, lady? You screw me over, lie to me all day and you have the nerve to say you’re at dinner so you’re irritated!!! I told her what I thought of her and this so called business and she said maybe I should have called the warranty company this morning to get another company assigned. That was the only intelligent thing this girl said in a 12 hour period and probably in the last decade of her miserable life. STAYAWAY!

First«tech» arrived to the property on Thursday with minimal to no tools. Gave us a quick review of why the A/C was not working. No resolution or timetable of when it would be fixed. Five days later with no follow up, ends up «tech» never submitted paperwork. They had to resend a new«tech» with still no resolution. The first«tech» had no problem taking and cashing our check although the A/C was not fixed. After multiple calls and multiple hang ups by «customer service reps» we went with another company that fixed it the same day for the same price. If you want to stay cool and have a great customer experience, use any other company but this one. Worst A/C company in Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona, and the U.S. For that matter. I’m sure I won’t be the last to complaint about the lack of service or experience.

We had this company come out to clean and service our Kitchenaid Ice Maker machine. We also had them quote on redoing the wine cellar. While they initially did a very good job cleaning a very dirty ice machine, the price was a bit high at $ 240. The quote on the wine cellar was $ 7K more than the next company so we chose not to go with them. Two months later the ice machine stopped working. When I contacted them to arrange an appointment, they said they would call me two days later to confirm a time on either Thursday afternoon or sometime on Friday. They never called. When I called them again on Monday morning, they said it would cost an additional $ 89 to come out and diagnose the problem. When I explained they had not mentioned that in the first call, and that I was not happy to be paying more money after the cleaning, they said I didn’t have to use them if I wanted to. So I didn’t. Another company is coming in to service our SubZero fridge AND the ice machine for less than their fee for one appliance. I would never hire these people again.
