I love this Togo’s because of the friendly staff and convenience. I order and pay online to skip the line and walk right to the pick up window. I’m in and out in 5 mins flat or less. Tips for online ordering i always put in the comments to double check the order and have never had a wrong order, you can put all kinds of coupons in the«promo» field, and bring a couple bucks to tip.

Best togos ever, the staff of this location is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I can be a bit particular as far as food and they’re always friendly and helpful. I love how quickly they serve you and how well they make your food. Definitely recommend their sandwiches

So happy to have a Togos here in Oakdale. This is a favorite from my childhood, and this new franchise dies not disappoint. Very clean, very fresh, great service.

Fun and friendly staff They were joking with us the whole time. Making the experience fun. My 24 turkey n avocado was delicious. I like free stuff so getting a free drink with the sandwich due to the currently running Unilocal deal was a nice and appreciated bonus. Keep up the good work! And I’ll keep coming back.

Chicken salad sandwich today had huge chunks of red onion, tasted like an onion sandwich! I complained and the manager is sending me a coupon to get a free replacement sandwich! That is so nice, THANKS!

high priced, mediocre sandwiches. my suggesting is to walk across the street to Safeway and have a high quality sandwich made at their deli counter. as for ToGo’s, i dont know how they stay in business in this town.

I started eating a number 9 on Ocean street and Barson street staring in 1973 and yesterday the lady(sorry i forgot her name) made the best number 9 and made me go back 40 plus years in time, the salad was great to. Thank you and we will be back.

Great Sandwiches, especially the pastrami. You get a lot more meat between the buns than anywhere else. I’d also like to add that they have a very honest staff. My father lost his wallet while visiting from Washington. We came back several hours later after he realized it was missing. Everything was just as he left it when he got the wallet back. It could have been a big deal as he had to catch a flight in a few days. Thanks Togo’s … we are grateful and will always be your customers.

We have the best Togos in Scotts Valley. Great place to pick up to-go food. Their Hot Pastrami is made just how you want it… I like mine with mustard and pickles. They will always add extra meat on request. The BBQ Brisket is YUMMY. I always call from home and they add the hot meat to my sandwiches when I get there, that way they are still warm when we get home.

I’m pregnant and craving a french dip sandwich. I called ahead to make sure they made them… and they told me that they do. Sooo… my husband drives to Scotts Valley from Felton to pick some up. He gets it home and unwraps them; the bread is not toasted, but burned. You could SMELL the charcoal. The roast beef is dried out and tough, and the au jus is… missing. No dip for the«french dip» sandwiches. We ordered egg salad sandwiches for the kids and specified just lettuce and tomato, but they put onions and pepperoncinis on the sandwiches anyway. We spent $ 45 on sandwiches that were barely edible. We will NOT go back.

I hate to give a local restaurant a negative review by this place us realllllly dirty. Maybe they will read this and respond. If they can’t keep the front doors and tables clean then what is going on in the kitchen?

Not the best Togo’s ever but pretty good. My only complaint is when the people making the sandwich don’t stop to check on how you want it made and seem to rush through things, they tend to do that here.

We went today. The bread was hella fresh. I dont know if it was just delivery day or what, but it was the freshest bread I’ve ever had at a Togos and one of the best sandwiches too.

Unlike Quiznos and Subway(«breadwiches»), Togos sandwich shops actually **deliver** on their advertised sandwich sizes. I like their large #7(Hot Roast Beef), large #9(hot pastrami) and large #10(pastrami reuben) sandwiches. Mrs LH likes the #20 Tuna on parmesan bread. Sandwich quality is consistent across all the Togos locations I’ve visited, and service is friendly. At the Scotts Valley location, however, we prefer to get our sandwiches«ToGo,» as this particular store’s interior is a little dark and cramped. But their sandwiches are very good!

I mean… It’s a Togo’s… what do you expect. Beyond the food, however, the staff are quite friendly.

I’ve been eating at this Togos for years. But, lately they’ve really let me down. The past 2 times I’ve eaten there I was given completely different sandwiches than what I ordered. The first time I asked for an «avocado and cucumber» very clearly, and she put a turkey and cheese on the counter. This last time I decided to order it by number«27» and I ended up with a «26». It’s too bad you can’t see behind the counter while they’re making them so I could have stopped her. Perhaps the third time will be a charm and I’ll get the sandwich I’ve been ordering?

Awesome sandwiches that put Subway and Quiznos to shame! Yes they are a bit more expensive, but really not when you take into consideration the HUGE size, ample amount of meat and toppings and the tremendous increase in quality and flavor. Clean restaurant, fast service, and a large variety of options on the menu. Would go back OVER and OVER and OVER again. I am a big fan of Subway, but if I had a Togo’s in Texas near me… I would probably drop Subway in a heartbeat! 5 stars not because its the best food I have ever had, but because it is the best fast food sandwich shop sandwich I have ever had. Cheap too! Shared a large Chipotle Roast Beef with my husband and left feeling satiated(but not stuffed).

OK, Togo’s and I go way back. Let me just start by saying I love their pastrami. But a few years ago, things started going horribly wrong. First they went on a menu diversification kick bringing in all kinds of strange, one-off specialty sandwiches. That led to an overall slide in quality(didn’t sell any of your Grilled-Parmesan-Chicken-and-Roasted-Peppers-on-a-Rosemary-Asiago-Roll special last week? No worries, just make it up by using day-old bread on the rest of your sandwiches…) Then they started tinkering with greatness, for example replacing the zesty-hot pizza sauce that used to come slathered on their meatball sub with a ketchup-sweet Ragu-like substance. In a final sign of desperation, they tried a corporate tie-up with Baskin Robbins, opening a bunch of combo Togo’s-BR locations. Because, you know, you’d be surprised how often people dropping in for a scoop of mint chip end up making an impulse meatball sub purchase as well… Flash to the Scotts Valley Togo’s location(thankfully not a BR-combo store). There is one guy there who makes the whole the place tolerable… if you’ve been there you know who I mean. It’s the guy who calls you«my friend» every three words. He’s great. Everyone else completely sucks at their jobs as sandwich-makers, produce-preppers, bussers, register-ringers, whatever. Last time I went in there(and«last» is the right word on a couple of levels), it was lunchtime, but there was nobody in the sandwich line, so I stepped up to the counter. Three(Not one. Not two. But Three(!)) people who were ostensibly sandwich-makers were standing on the other side of the counter. One was preparing a phone order. The other two were having a conversation and ignoring me. I made eye contact with each of the three in turn. Nothing. I looked over the counter to see which sandwich-making«stations» were actually open and in use. Both of the ones right in front of me were. Finally one of the conversation guys said something that sounded like breaking off his conversation with the other(it was in Spanish, so I’m not sure what he said), turned his back to me, and started wiping down the back counter(!). The other guy went on a search for his sandwich-making baggie-glove things. Then, with a laboured sigh asked me what I wanted. I ordered my hot pastrami sandwich, which he started making. Except when he got done preparing the bread and produce part of it, he went straight back to the fridge to get more pastrami. So(1) it’s 12:45 in the afternoon, and you are out of hot pastrami.(2) You KNOW you are out of hot pastrami because you didn’t even check the hot pastrami bin before going to the fridge.(3) you know it takes 4 – 6 minutes to microwave new pastrami.(4) you stand there and make most of my sandwich before even making a move to heat up the pastrami.(5) I am now, despite walking into an empty-line, consigned to spending 10 minutes getting a sandwich made for me at Togo’s. So I ask, can I get my drink cup now so I can fill it up while you are doing the pastrami? And this freakin guy smirks at me, and then makes some reply to my question — in Spanish — at which point all three of the employees start busting up(!) So yeah, no more Scotts Valley Togo’s.
