I stopped in this particular location recently and had a good experience. Michael helped me find a new mattress and instead of pushing a particular mattress on me, he showed me how the store was laid out. I was able to make my own decision with no pressure. The best part, I told Michael I wanted a good deal and right in front of me, Michael pulled out his phone and comparison shopped. He found the same mattress about $ 500 cheaper and instantly dropped the price. THEN, I inquired if he could include the box spring. He INCLUDED it at no extra charge! I was able to setup delivery for one week after the purchase and had the ability to change it at any time. In addition, when I asked for the return policy, he handed it to me without some long salesman «speech». I was able to read it on the spot, call my wife, and complete the sale. Michael was very understanding and clear the entire time. There is a 120 day return policy for exchange or 100% return. I highly recommend shopping for a mattress here.

Stopped in about a month ago to buy a mattress for a new apartment and really happy about the purchase. The delivery was right on time and took 10 minutes. Thanks Tony!

I recently went with my boyfriend to help him pick out a new mattress. We weren’t planning on purchasing anything, we just wanted to get a general idea of what was available. Tony had us try a variety of mattresses and he was very knowledgeable about the products. We ended up going with a Sealy. He negotiated a bit with us and we ended up paying a very reasonable price. He also was nice enough to stay a few extra minutes after closing to get everything taken care of. We arranged for delivery two days later which went smoothly and it has been several great nights of sleep ever since. Thanks Tony!

I bought myself a new bed at this location on Friday. They changed their inventory, which was promising, and I met with a new associate, Casey. He was transferred to this location so I immediately became confident that my experience would be much better than my last reviews regarding B2B
Casey is new to the store but man, is he a professional who is knowledgeable about the beds he sells. Before sampling beds by laying on top of them, we sat down and first discussed my upper and lower back problems, restless nights and waking up unrested and sore. Like a doctor, Casey was able to identify and diagnose me and gave me his best recommendation for a specific bed that would accommodate a side sleeper with issues.
Casey gave me a great deal, inclusive of delivery and set up and removal of the old bed. He gave me the $ 36 bed frame because he’s a nice person and felt bad that I didn’t already own one. He was even able to schedule Saturday delivery between 9am and 1pm.
The two delivery men, arrived before 11:30am and were gone by 11:40am. Their hard work went above and beyond when they cleaned up after themselves, removed the plywood I had kept between the mattress and box spring and carried the old heavy headboard dowstairs in to the garage for storage for me!
I’ve already made the bed up, as soon as I’m done here, I’m going to be in it and enjoying the new comfort in my bedroom!

My grilfriend and I have been looking for a mattress for about two months and visited a couple Back To Bed locations before we walked in and met Dave at the Woodfield location. We finally narrowed it down to two mattresses when Dave convinced us to go with the Beautyrest St. Andrews (Westin Heavenly Bed). His knowledge of the product and concern to stay within our budget made us very comfortable working with him and purchasing the matress that day. We picked it up the next day and both of us been extremly happy with our purchase. If you’re looking for a matress I strongly suggest going to Back to Bed at this location and working with Dave!
