I am a frequent AT shopper and in fact frequent this location. I’m not sure what is going on but the service has seriously declined. The two women at the register were very rude. I didn’t recognize them so they must be new. Neither of them greeted me when I entered the store or offered assistance while I shopped. I asked for a fitting room and was directed in by a head nod. It was just rude. I ended up making a purchase and one started the transaction, muttered something indecipherable to the other one and she came and took over. No thank you for your business, handed me the bag over the counter. Just not Ann Taylor service. I am a card holder but if this is how they are going to be in 2016, I’ll have a $ 0 Balance for sure

A few of the staff members are not very friendly. When returning an item they seemed to take it personally.

Friendly staff nice clothes, but BEWARE Ann Taylor Company online order does not give money back, if it doesn’t work out and you want to return it they WILL NOT give you credit back on shipping. Never again will I buy online unless I try on in store, cause their sizing runs a little small.

Sizes of clothing are bigger in the U.S. and it’s hard to find many selections for size 0 or less. Ann Taylor usually has a good selection for petite and small sizes. I like their dresses and skirts, but tops are sometimes harder to find in sizes that fit well. My sister-​in-​law usually buys a lot of clothes to bring back to Japan when she comes to visit. You can get some good deals when they have sales.
