Fossil Store

Apparently they don’t accept returns from other Fossils. I bought a fossil watch from another location a week ago. Watch apparently doesn’t work now. I brought it here. They didn’t have any so I said il just return it since I still had my receipt and they allow 90 days. They wouldn’t accept it because it came from another store. REALLY?

ZERO PRESSURE to buy!
I love this Fossil for this reason. The sales people do not work on commission so they do not pressure you to buy at all. I love that I can shop here and try on watches without someone making me feel bad if I don’t buy something every time I walk in the door.
The staff is fairly helpful and the store is well organized. You can find what you want and the staff is there to help you find something if you don’t know exactly what you need.
We purchased Fossil watches for our bridal party as gifts and from what I can tell, they all loved the watches!
Fossil offers watches in many styles/​colors and they really do have something for everyone! And they cater to all budgets. Go check them out and enjoy!

Unlike the previous reviewer, I went into this store knowing exactly what I wanted and with a mission to buy it. Although I agree it sucks to get hounded by employees, it was helpful when I actually wanted to buy something. I had a nice conversation with the sales gal and she let me look around while she took the links out of my new watch. She was even helpful to explain to me that there’s a warranty on each of their watches, which means that if something goes wonkey on the watch, they’ll basically completely refurbish it, which is nice. Always a fan of fossil.

They make some really stylish messenger bags for men and at a fairly reasonable price. You can carry one of these without looking like a broke college student, yet still take them out around town after work. They are great dual-​purpose bags.
As noted by the previous reviewer, they make fantastic wallets for men, I have four of them and couldn’t be more happy with the construction or the style. Overall, great products can be had from Fossil. The girls that staffed the store were also very friendly and helpful too. A+ for customer service!

Literally walked out of the store Sunday afternoon… after 4 people hounded me for a sale many of them asking 2 – 3 times after I stated «I’m just browsing». My stepmom and I were just looking around to see what they had, I am due for a new watch and I get one every 3 – 4 years from this fossil location. Never have I have felt watch, pressured to buy at this store.
Every step we took there was another one with a question of how they could help us… How many times do you have to say «I’m just browsing» for someone to take a hint that when we need you we will get your attention!!! My stepmom even raised her voice at one sales girl to give us some breathing room since everyone was all in our way, the girls response was «Oh yea there are too many of us on today.» No apologies and the girl kept trying to make a sale with us!
Prior to stopping in fossil we were in swarovski crystals, which has more expensive products not behind glass, where we were treated Much Better by the sales ladies there. I am thinking I may have to invest in a more expensive watch this time around, non fossil, to get the customer service I deserve. Fossil has changed for the worse. As a loyal customer of Fossil and this location I’m shocked and very disappointed!

Bought my watch here, good place. They actually hire people who know watches. This aint your fancy jewelry watch store, but you can get a great watch here for under $ 100.
I also brought my 4 year old Fossil back here for repairs a few times, in and out in 10 minutes.
Awesome men’s wallets too. Fossil is the only wallet I would ever buy.
Only bad thing they have really overpriced keychains, although they look good, they break fast and the bottle opener doesn’t work well. Take a closer look at it before you buy.
There arnt that many Fossil stores in the area, another good one downtown, Old Orchard and an outlet in Gurnee Mills
