Pizza Hut

Pizza is good and the staff tries and I appreciate that but the management needs some serious training on efficiency.

Took them 10 minutes just to seat me and the guy was rude, I won’t be coming here ever ever ever again

This place needs to close down. The small Pizza Hut restaurant on the corner of the Midway shopping has a very disorganized small crew. Upon walking in, it feels like you are carefully approaching a dark alley. At midnight. In Brooklyn.
Besides the sucky-​ass staff, none of them gives a damn about any customers. This makes Pizza Hut look bad. I ordered the two pizzas for $ 6.99 each. There were people still waiting for their orders before I arrived and during my 45 – 50 minute wait for my order. So finally after receiving my order, I had to effing return to them 4 times because the order was waaaaay off. Each time returning, the stinking ass cook/​food prep deliberately keep «improvising» on the returned pizzas. Four effing times and you can’t fix something once and for effing ALL? SO I complained to the «supervisor» and got my full refund.
Don’t go there, people! There is Pizza & Brew a quarter-​mile north from that location. Get there! Pizza & Brew is just darn goodness AM-​azzzzing! Or just make pizza at home: go to the supermarket, buy pepperoni, cheddar cheese and bread and voila…

I don’t come here as often, but I LOVE a good pizza hot. When this place is busy there could be a long wait, but their pizza is always great. My last visit was about a week ago and I felt that the service, food and value of the good was great. I’m not sure why people are rating this place low in Unilocal

Alright spot if you just want some pizza and a place to eat it! Nothing to go crazy about. Pizza is good, prices are affordable and service is ok.

Pizza Hut located at 919 central ave. Scarsdale… Disgusting, filthy, and servers have nasty attitudes. Walked in on Sunday Aug. 23^rd. Af 3 o’clock… The Manager on duty some blonde woman, was an idiot. She knew there were 4 of us waiting 20 minutes to be seated and said they couldn’t clean the table because the bus boy I think Jermaine doesn’t start till 4PM. Not to mention she had a horrible attitude. It was sad to also watch her slam the phone down on customer calls… I have been to a thousand places to eat in my time… this place gets the ultimate worst place ever award. I wouldn’t think of ever going in there again.
So we went across to Pizzeria Uno… great service great food

I only give it one star because at least the pizza was hot. The waiter comes over, no introduction, takes my order and just walks away without a word. Moments later someone else comes to take my order. When I asked her to repeat it of course it was wrong. It took 30 minutes just to get wings and bread sticks. Besides that, the restaurant is filthy, napkins, empty sauce cups all over the floor. Dirty tables that weren’t cleaned up. It was just bad. Not going back!

My mom wanted to do something different for my birthday, so we decided on pizza hut. It’s been awhile since i’ve been here. It wasn’t crowded, there was probably three or four customers waiting for their orders to come out. Order was taken and came out in a reasonable time. I think twenty minutes which is not bad compared to other times i’ve been here. i just wished the one near Greenwich didn’t closed. this was the only one near us but it was a drive. Would be back in the near future.

Absolutely horrible service. We asked for a booth when three dirty booths were visible. Waited over 30 minutes before deciding to leave. The booths still have yet to be cleaned.

Horrendous 40 minutes for a mini cheese pizza you have got to be freaking kidding me never again will I come here !

WORST SERVICE EVERRRR!!! I arrived with both my children. When I walk in no organization. The host was nowhere to be found for the next 20 minutes. I had to ask to be seated. Once seated. I had someone come and take my order pretty fast. However I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and a 8 piece wings. In which my pizza took 40 mins to come out and my kids where already getting agitated. I have. a 3 yr old and 6 yrs old. Once the pizza came out it was very oily but the kids and I where so hungry we ate. The wings never came out while we where eating. We finished our pizzas and waited patently for the waiter for our wings. 10 mins pass and no wings. I asked the waiter and she states a few more mins then a manager comes to me and apologized and states my wings will be done shorty. I can hear the manager yelling at the staff since I was sitting by the kitchen. There where a few angry tables especially a Indian family next to me. Another 5 – 7 mins pass and my kids are tired it 930 pm and NO WINGS !!! So I state forget the wings give me my check and I’m leaving. On my way out the manager did give me a free 16 pc wings. Which at least showed his professionalism. But
DONT COME TO THIS PLAVE I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK !!!

I would not eat here even if they paid me. I made the mistake of dining here… Both the pizza and the service were HORRIBLE, SLOW, and just plain BAD. I ordered the pepperoni lovers medium pie and the hot wings. The pizza was way under cooked and the crust had zero crisp. The wings were flavorless and barely had any sauce. Really disappointed! Took forever to get any of the wait staff’s attention. Although, they’ were all huddled in the back having conversations and looking at their nails. At least try to look busy!

The pizza at Pizza Hut is better than Dominos or Papa Johns to me if you are looking for that type of cheap pizza. I actually do enjoy their pizza and their stuffed crust. The cheese sticks are also tasty for fast food. The reason I gave it two stars however, is because of the disrespectful waiters and horrible service. Trust me — just take out from this place… they are complete idiots in there. Very rude and nasty people.
Avoid at all costs their wings and pasta. Simply fast, frozen, shit. You will be disappointed because thats what it is. I mean its Pizza Hut though. so come for the damn pizza. Overall despite their nasty ass workers and bad wings — the pizza isn’t too bad. I get it from time to time.

If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars I would. We decided to give Pizza Hut a chance since we haven’t eaten it in years, worst mistake ever! The pizza tasted like it had been recycled and they simply reheated it, put the toppings we asked for on it and gave it to us. We wanted to try their one of their new crusts the pretzel. It was just regular crust with big salt crystals.
There was almost zero sauce on both pizzas, it tasted like a low budget cheesy bread from the grocery store. If you want to be disappointed and disgusted with your order look no further this is the place for you. If you don’t want to be disappointed and disgusted go to a Mom and Pop shop for slice, Dominoes, Little Cesar’s or even a Tombstone Pizza from your local grocery store would be better than this place. Absolutely terrible pizza and I cannot stress that enough!

If you want to eat cheap pizza, wait a long time in order to be seated, and be disrespected at the same time, this is the place to go. Disgusting servers, they will just ignore you completely. I will NEVER go back. Uggghhh!!!

I had the most horrible experience here. I will spare you all the details because it is too long to type but the food was unsanitary, the management was not helpful at all and incredibly rude on top of it.
NEVER going there again.

I know what’s wrong with this Pizza Hut bad, bad, Horrible management that’s the root of the problem, I used to come here before about 5 years ago & that dude ran a tight ship, nobody slacking or texting & even thought he was the boss he help the waitress & cleaning crew out… I was here for about an hour today & the new manager was looking @ the 2 severs running around like chickens without theirs heads, he couldn’t even pick up a check from the table maybe two or three feet away from him, Lazy Lazy Brother…

Worst Pizza Hut
I called in my pie with all my toppings only to get home to a pizza with pepperoni and onions ²⁄₅ toppings I requested and paid for. The pizza tastes as if it was sitting there for hours cold as a rock and not even edible

The only reason I put up with this Pizza Hut location at all I because it is the only one anywhere close to White Plains and I am in love with their stuffed crust pizza. When I do go their I only ever carryout. Their service is atrocious and you can barely understand a word out of who ever answers the phone there.
One time I took a friend to lunch there. Our server was too busy ogling two girls sitting across from us and practically threw us our menus. Same thing when he brought us our food much later. If you choose to go here, save yourself a headache and carryout.

NO NO NO NO NO. THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. I arrived earlier then they had said… the pizza was «ready» however the bread sticks were beyond disgusting. I got to my car to take a look at my pizza and the bread sticks i wanted a good 10 minutes for and discovered the pizza looked as if it had been sitting in the box for an hour and the breadsticks were STALE with NO TOPPINGS and cut by a 2 year old. I thought it was some kind of a joke. I won’t even discuss how SICK the cinnamon breadsticks were.
I took them in and told him i just wanted my money back for the bread sticks because this was supposed to be a quick meal before I had to go to work and I didn’t want to wait for new ones. To be honest I really did NOT want new ones.
So he refused to let me speak to a manager. Gave me knew ones and literally poured a good half pound of the seasoning as a nice «FUCK YOU» to me for complaining.
I ended up leaving the cinnamon sticks on the counter and walking out.
I can’t believe the way these people acted and the food they tried to give me.
DISGUSTING.
