Worst customer service ever! They turned me away even though I had a confirmed reservation for the evening telling me the hotel was overbooked and they had no available rooms. Then they charged me anyway as a «no-​show». When I called to complain, the front desk woman called me a liar and hung up on me. Still disputing the charge with my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Loved it. Other favorable reviews have already covered it, except for one great feature: all the rooms face the highway, so there is no room behind yours. That means you can open the windows at the front and back of your room and enjoy the cool Maine weather blowing through. I’d definitely choose this place on a return visit.
