So this hairdresser gets a slap on the wrist for treating a child wrongful. She gets to keep her job and treat other children and their families they way she treated mine is WRONG on so many levels. My child left in tears because she kicked us out and refused to do her hair. I call corporate office and put this on record for what reason? Corporate is a joke too. «We don’t have any lawyers» news flash your a huge company you have to have lawyers. Anyways my child gets nothing and this bitch gets to keep her job. I will always remember this and make sure I never send anyone to any of these locations EVER. Hope your company is glad that a 9 year old never wants to go back and get her hair done in any salon. I’m glad that this traumatic experience now has her in therapy that’s how much it has screwed up a 9 year old. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THIS COOPERATION DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS ONLY THE MONEY IT BRINGS IN. I don’t even give this place a star it’s not worth it. But I have to press on a star because it don’t let you post without it.

I have been going to Master cuts for about 4 years now. When I first went there, the woman that greeted me was Bella. She has been my hairdresser ever since that day. She has always accommodated me with all my crazy wants and needs. Never once have I seen her without a smile on her face. I look forward to my time with her about every 5 – 6 weeks.

My sister loves this location, so I was excited to give it a try. My mistake for not getting stylist recommendations from her. I was really disappointed by my haircut by Suzy earlier this month. It was obviously a rush job — my hair is long, beyond shoulder length and it took her about 10 minutes to cut in long layers and add bangs. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was rushed out of the chair no more than 5 minutes past the original appointment time. Her method involved grabbing chunks of hair seemingly at random and cutting diagonally to make layers; she seemed to know what she was doing, so I didn’t question when she wasn’t checking lengths. Sadly, I ended up with lopsided hair and bangs cut from an awful zigzag line. Fortunately, my hair was still long enough to put back until I was able to go elsewhere to get it cleaned up.

So I decided to try out Mastercuts because my aunt and nana come here. I didn’t ask the name of who they see. I just made an appointment on the whim because I was in the mood to get a little change. They gave me an appointment for the next day with Melissa.
She was really attentive and listened to my needs and how I wanted things done but she gave feedback and suggestions that were really good. I even took her up on a few of the suggestions and I’m really happy about it. I like my cut a lot so far and so do others.
The price was really good as well since I’m one of those people who would rather let her hair grow long and wild rather than pay a ridiculous amount on a haircut. So I was really happy about that.
I will definitely be back to mastercuts and I hope the other ladies are as good as Melissa.

Nikki is an amazing hairstylist. Both my daughter and I have been seeing her for a number of years now. But beyond Nikki’s amazing ability, I also want to notate how friendly Suzy, Myra and Kevin are. They always recognize us immediately upon entering and go out of there way to say hello to us. I couldn’t speak more highly about all of them.

Bella is the Best!~ went to her a while back, had to leave, then came back a few years later and she still rememberd me! the best my hair ever looked, color and cut, plus she will tell you like it is and not try to force a color or cut or other products you do not care for. I now take my kids to her, my son 15, and my daughter, 14, whose hair she will be styling for her social this year. I took my daughter to Bella after a disaterous cut and color, not to mention very poor customer service from Salon Viari in Malden. (dont waste your time and money, plus no parking). She listend to my daughter and gave her what she wanted. the color and cut looked fab! finally, a place and stylist who knows what we want and like and is not pretintious.

Been coming here for year’s!!!
It all started when got a bad hair cut they fixed it, then as soon as my hair grew back out, got the cut I wanted !!! ;)
They also can color any way you want it from highlights to a touch of black ‚
Updew’s for prom or wedding, perms, but best if all you have special occasion just call ahead they will style your hair for you that night !!
Place is always clean and the girl’s are very friendly !!
They cut men’s, women, children !!
Walkin’s are welcome !!
They are so low priced that I go often to get my hair colored and curled for Friday night’s in regular basis !!!
Get told my hair looks great all the time !! Thanks master cuts !!!

This place was dirty. There was hair everywhere and stuck to everything. The woman cutting my hair was friendly and did a great job although if she could have refrained from chewing her gum in my ear it would have made for a better experience Since I don’t live in that area I more than likely won’t be back.

Bella from Mastercuts has been doing my hair for YEARS. I always get the perfect cut and the color is unbelievable every time! I always get a few colors put in and she is such a perfectionist that there is no doubt in my mind that it will be great!!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fun cut, but especially for her expertise in color.
