5 stars for customer service My iPhone6+ had gone haywire. I took it into my local T-mobile store and Daniel(Danny) helped me with a warranty replacement, which I was grateful I had as it was only a $ 5 charge for a new phone to arrive the next day. However, the frustrating part was that I could not transfer my data from the broken phone to the new phone, even after hours of trying the iTunes and iCloud syncs. Days later, I took my laptop, unresponsive broken phone and new phone into the store, and Danny was there to help me again. I kid you not, he worked on it for nearly two hours! He was committed to helping me with what turned out to be an involved technical project — with ALL my devices. In the end, through his tenacity, he successfully transferred my data, and all along he had a positive attitude, was easy going and informative of the technical issues. That level of customer service blew my mind. So rare. Even the new store manager was helpful and personable.(I saw them interact with other customers while I was there, and they treated everyone with the same level of care.) I give this store 5 stars for customer service because they deserve it!

love the helpful staff. they don’t rush you or make you feel like you have to buy something. never have had a bad experience at this or any other t-mobile location. they offer great plans that most people can afford and you get 3 free upgrades a year!!! definitely glad i switched over from att.

Alyssa and her crew were excellent. They provided great customer service during our switch from Verizon. On a side note, if you’re curious, I tried T-Mobile’s 7 day free trial and it worked great in /around Santa Rosa and other parts of Sonoma County I visited. Alyssa helped us immensely during our swtich over. We purchased two new phones for my daughter and myself. My wife had to stay on Verizon and took over my daughters old iPhone 6. Even though she wasn’t a T-Mobile customer, they sent all the data from her 5S to the 6 w/o a problem. I can’t imagine Verizon going out of their way to do that for anyone(one of the reasons I left them). They were also very informative and helpful as we tried to figure out our new service. Top notch service. Something I never received at our local Verizon shops.
