Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. We have purchased phones here for 15 years but we’re told by a sales rep that we weren’t in their system. We recently went in and were treated terribly and will never be returning.

Avoid this store! They are not corporate. Unwilling to help unless it is a new plan they get paid on. Claimed they couldn’t even contact Verizon to change a SIM ID on an existing phone.

Went in for general questions about space on my android. Owner recommended I get a sim card to free up space on my phone. He installed sim card and moved photos to sim card. ALL my photos disappeared! Years of photos including my late husband were gone. Photos were on the phone prior to visit, after visit ALL photos were gone. He did not take responsibility for his actions. Now i have lost all my photos. I will not return to this location. Next time I will go to a legit Verizon store, not a ‘hub’ store.

I love this place. I have bought my last three phones there. All the people who work here are nice, knowledgeable, honest and answer all my stupid questions. I’m up for a new phone in September and I will get it from this store.

Went in today to upgrade our two flip phones to smart phones. The consultant, Ryan Ruane (coincidentally the manager) was phenomenally helpful. No pressure, analyzed our needs, made a recommendation for a plan and hardware, set up our phones (including an hour-​long call to our service provider when one of the phone numbers didn’t switch to the new server) AND he came out to the car to set up bluetooth.
Highly recommend this location.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! The consultant, Branden Brookins, was so attentive and really saw to my needs! He went above and beyond, and he gave great advice. He is very knowledgeable without giving you the «typical» sales pitch, there was no tablet check in, or a ridiculously long wait time while the associates twiddle their thumbs-​like we have received at the other Verizon stores (especially 4th street location, AVOID if you can). He made upgrading my phone very easy, I was in and out in under an hour! I’ll be coming here now on for all of my cell phone needs! :-) Thanks again, Branden!

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. This is the second review I’ve ever written on Unilocal but I felt compelled after receiving such great service. In our corporate world it’s rare to feel like you matter as a customer, but that’s exactly what the staff in this store does. Great service and follow-​through.

Went in today to upgrade my phone and I cannot be more happy with the customer service! Jon also helped me and he basically did everything for me including filling out my rebate papers! Oh and getting me a better deal to lower my monthly bill! This guy needs a raise! Thank you Jon for the new Galaxy S III and all the help!
