Very unfriendly staff. Difficult to work with, makes accusations against prospective tennants. Little availability, not eager to show property at all. Unwilling to meet prospective tennants during business hours, because they won’t «go back and fourth twice in one day» (they were showing for a tennant at 11am, I requested a 4pm showing, and was graced with smug defiance). That’s called being lazy. You’re located in Santa Rosa rtb. The house is located in Santa Rosa. Are you kidding? You’re job is to show the house to prospective tennants. If you are a home owner considering rtb, I would strongly advise you to consider elsewhere. As a prospective tennant, rtb is easily one of the worst and rudest management companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Ren is great! Professional and he gets the job done. He is very prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. He sticks to the guidelines of a lease which makes sense. I’m not sure what kind of issue you could have with him unless you want special treatment.
