People are rude not friendly made me feel like my over 700 credit score was unacceptable to rent one of their houses they didnt even bother to check my excellent rental history… dont waste your time

Do not rent from this company. Phil the owner is a prick. He will nickle and dime you on your security deposit and find every possible way not to give you a full refund. They do not fix any problems that needs to be fixed or return your phone calls. We lived at one of their property for over two years and have had a horrible experience with them as property managers. The electrical wiring had a short in it that they never fixed. The heater never worked in the property. They never fixed the issue. The lights never worked correctly. It would flicker on and off and you have to manipulate the switch. The walls were covered in mold. The garbage disposal outlet never worked. We had plumbing issues and they never fixed it. We had to fix it ourselves and cover the cost.
They do not hold up their end of the contract. They are trying to charge us for carpet cleaning after we had already paid to have the carpet cleaned. They stated that we had to wait to pay for the carpets to be cleaned AFTER they made all repairs to the house. Watch out for these people. They are scammers. They also go by the name of HEYER REALTY.
