So I live in the Roseland area and after a long day I work I decided to do something fast and easy tonight. I went through the drive through and that was fine when I received food(a jumbo jack with curly fries and a sprite) they gave me the wrong kind of soda and I told the young man that, he just rolled his eyes and when to get my sprite. When I opened the bag to munch on my fries on the way home they where cold and hard. Yuck! I had to turn around go in to get hot ones .I stood there in like for exactly 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The woman that finally did couldn’t speak English and none of the others couldn’t either because they just kept talking to me in Spanish. Finally I get the young man that ordered my food to talk to and yet again when I said my fries were cold ge rolled his eyes and mumbled that he would makes some more. took 15 mins for that .by the time I was home my burger was cold and it had more lettuce than meat like s*** do I look like a rabbit or something not disappointed with my visit at Jack in the Box won’t be coming back anytime

My girlfriend and I were going to actually eat at O Sushi and they were closed, so we were starving and it was late and nothing else was opened, so we went to Jack. I ordered a couple tacos and jalapeño poppers. The service was awful. I asked the girl when I placed the order for ranch. She handed me my food through the drive through window. When we were already down the road almost home we noticed that she not only didn’t give me ranch but she also didn’t give me napkins. That is so annoying! It’s fast food… how hard is it to put napkins and sauce in the bag!

It’s a great place to go for a late night dinner. I go here twice a week after work. The workers here are politely and always doing their job, even at 1 am in the morning. I highly recommend this jack in the box. Buy a bacon and Swiss buttery jack. Its so good. But small sandwich in my opinion.

It’s just an average Jack in box with way too many creepy pictures of Jack inside. The food is good but theres a lot of hobos who hang around there unsurprisingly.

This is by far the worst experience I have had with fast food. I ordered churros and it was the most disgusting thing. Soggy and greasy and they didnt get my girlfriends order correct. Not only was the food terrible but the place was dirty and gross inside. When I finally decided to leave the establishment I was asked for money twice by all of the bums they let hang outside there. At least 5 bums were hanging out by the entrance door smoking. I will never go here again and will advise all my friends to not go as well.

Apparently there’s some«menu» @ Jack In The Box that has included pastrami sandwiches & chicken & patty melts, etc. If you say so. Even if that’s true, so does Arby’s and i know you’re not gonna eat Jack there. All i know is these fools In The Box have got 2 tacos for 99¢(now $ 1.29) That’s real for a brother trying to eat cheap but who’d rather eat at McDowell’s(yes, «Coming to America» reference) than the Golden Arches. I mean, it’s hard to mess up tacos unless they’re contaminated or radioactive or such nonsense. So far I’m not glowing in the dark, though i do «Let my soooul glow!» when i smash about two or three or seventeen at a time. More than Jack being Jack, this location in specific has some crazy nice people working here. Rolling drive-thru style, i thought the manager at the window was coming into my car to give my heavy as heck bag. Turns out he didn’t want to drop. If he did, I probably complain, get some more and eat both bags. Did i mention i like Jack’s tacos? How did you know? Also appreciate Jack’s creativity with Bacon shakes & such. Way to branch out.

I am not giving them 5 stars for the food but for their amazing customer service and clean restaurant. Their food is maybe 3.5 to 4 stars. With all of the fast food workers out their that simply don’t give a shot, these guys do.

The food isn’t great quality, but they have a huge menu and they serve it at all hours.

Growing up in San Francisco didn’t afford Boy or I many opportunities to hit up a good drive-thru and smack away at grease-coated fries and breaded, deep-fried delicacies. No problem. A weekend getaway(and two identical hangovers of monumental proportion) provided us with all the reason in the world to make a pit stop at this fine bastion of oil, salt, and mystery meat. The mozzarella sticks were so good I had to get more later on the very same day. The spicy chicken bites were hardly recognizable as chicken but still very tasty. The barbecue sauce was licked from it’s little plastic container. The diet coke was HUGE and refreshing. The grilled chicken strips, however, at «less than 300 calories» were a huge disappointment. This is chicken that you truly do not want anything to do with UNLESS it is breaded and deep-fried beyond identification. Rubbery, limp, and with a VERYSTRANGE texture, these were passed off to Boy, who begrudgingly ate them. I’m not a fast-food person by any means, but Jack in the Box may be the one and only fast food I’ve ever had that doesn’t make me immediately want to induce vomiting. The service here was fast and polite. We may have to make this our hangover stop on future trips home from wine country.

I love this Jack In The Box. The staff is the best I have ever met. They are professional and nice and friendly. In the mood for some late night snacks stop by and see just what I am talking about.
