The sorbet is amazing and we were so glad to see such a large selection of non-dairy items. Don’t get me wrong, it was great tasting but when I paid for four people and the cost was $ 30, I was sure she messed up. After clarifying I was only paying for the four, it made us savor every bite. None went in the trash that’s for sure. Way too expensive. I would get for my husband who is plant based eater but I won’t purchase again.

So disappointing!!! I spent spring break in Italy eating gelato! So when I heard there was a Gelato shop in Seaside, I was completely stoked! Unfortunately, it isn’t anything like the«gelato» in Italy, not to mention it costs 3 times as much! So disappointing!!!

Very good – had a chocolate cone with salted caramel ice cream(great flavor that can be hard to find). The cone wasn’t that great, I would stick to a cup next time. As others have said, it’s $$$…partner and I spent $ 16 on two ice cream cones. Very good, but even in Seaside they’re pushing it. Probably more of a once-per-visit place. The employee who helped us was very nice and chatted with us.

Heavenly’s was a good enough option for ice cream in downtown Seaside. With lots of flavors of ice cream, gelato, and sherbet, there’s something for everyone IF you’re willing to pay the price. With 9 girls getting ice cream, we found that the most economical option for gelato was the regular sized waffle cone(which comes with three scoops)! *they don’t take American Express*

Nice customer service. Okay gelato. I kept finding ice. Overpriced. Almost $ 6 for two tiny scoops. Would recommend the ten minute drive to blue mountain creamery

Customer service awful. Rude. Pushy. Owner was there wasn’t even nice. Ice cream wasn’t really even good and I tried a few flavors.

Very disappointed. We have been here in the past and loved it… this time not so much. The gelato was melting before we even left the shop. Nearly ALL the cones were stale. The kicker… the staff was super friendly and represented the shop well.

From out of town, The ice cream was good, nothing special. The coffee was good, nothing special. I had the Cookie Monster, cookies aside, the ice cream was not creamy and bland. The place looks so cool, I had my expectations up. Just a heads up, the area is a wealthy area, many retired people and people who wouldn’t mind spending over 12 $ for mediocre ice cream and a coffee.(Personal note: I don’t care how much money I have, blowing money irks me a bit but again, I’m not on the level of these ppl) spend money on something that’s good though. I appreciate the service.

I was not a huge fan of their Ice Cream or Gelato, but I am a huge fan of Lavazza Coffee, and that is the brand that they advertised, so let’s just say I drank a few cups of it. Upon my first visit, I opted for a Cappuccino, nothing special, and they stubbed their toes on the Steamed Milk, but every visit after that I opted for a Bold Coffee, straight up, and it seemed to get better each time.

Great atmosphere because it is in the town center of Seaside. However, it’s just average ice cream and the gelato is marginally decent. Be prepared to pay six dollars for each scoop whether it’s ice cream or gelato. Good for a one time visit and people watching but other than that, we will not be back.

Yes! We got the Cookie Monster ice cream, the best ice cream in the area! There is a reason the line is longer here than other ice cream shops. Be patient, it’s worth the wait. Serves regular ice cream, gelato, and other desserts. Can also mix treats in the ice cream marble slab style. The Cookie Monster is a must. Cookies and cream ice cream with Oreos and a fresh chocolate chip cookie mixed in.

I had the raspberry cheesecake and my daughter had the chocolate, both were super good. The workers were nice as well. Only reason for the 4 star is the price. It’s a bit expensive for the amount you get.

Expensive and limited choices. We had 3 flavors of ice cream to choose from– 4 adults and one toddler =$ 30. Wow! Menu examples– a cookie =$ 2.50. A brownie $ 4.75. Root beer float– $ 8.00. Pricey but not worth it. Not worth the expense.

The ladies behind the counter were kind and helpful. We sampled quite a few flavors with their help and ended up taking their recommendation to combine vanilla gelato with orange sorbet — what a great tip! Lemon meringue gelato was also top notch.

While in Seaside, we stayed in the condo just upstairs, so I knew I had to have some gelato after completing the half marathon. I chose the chocolate and hazelnut flavors together, essentially making my own nutella. The prices were on par with it being seaside, and the staff was friendly enough. However, their gelato is on the icy side — too cold and too crisp, not creamy enough. They get points for making it themselves. They’ve got a good selection of gelato and ice cream, and even the chocolate-dipped key lime pie on a stick, so I’ll try those when I’m back in town.

Expensive but delicious. Tried sample of gelato but went for their regular mint chip. Mmm.

We had a shortcake cookie and a brownie with gelato sherbet. It was alright but after the three dollar water(they would not give me a glass of tap water) we dropped 20 bucks. I’m not afraid to spend money on good dessert but this was not a $ 20 feast.

While in staying in Seaside I am sure most people will seek this place out and it’s worth a try. However, with the limited ice cream flavors, mediocre gelato, and unfriendly service I would avoid it. Especially considering so many other ice cream places are now opening in Seaside. It always seems to be packed — probably because it’s easy and noticeable in the central square — but there are plenty of other places to go. Trust me!

After lunch and before heading back to the beach, we stop by for a cheat! My daughter wanted strawberry ice cream BUT I had the shortcake! It was amazing and really sweet! But more amazing! Employees were very friendly and nice, however they are very pricey. 2 waters for $ 5.50 + ice cream come + shortcake = $ 17. Ouch!

The shop was super packed when we came here late afternoon and you would expect the workers to be a bit more appreciative of the patronage but no, quite the contrary… The service here was atrocious; they give you the SMALLEST scoop of gelato for the $ 4+ that you are paying — ridiculous. The workers themselves were super UNfriendly and appeared annoyed to be serving you. While they have plenty of gelato flavor options, there’s quite a disappointingly meager supply of ice cream flavors. :(sad day. With the convenient location smack dab in the middle of downtown Seaside, you may find me coming back here, but I definitely would not seek out the place.
