Sweet couple-owned restaurant with a great patio area. We had several of the different pizzas and the ravioli and were SO pleased! My favorite was the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Will be back in the future!

Excellent Italian and handmade creations. We try to make it a point to come here every time we visit for vacation. Always something new and fresh on the menu. Mostly recently had the stuffed pork chop.

I am a local and this is hands down my favorite place to eat. Every meal has been over the top delicious! The food is made with love and you can taste it. It’s not a sit down, dine, and your out the door kind of place. I recommend you go here for the food experience and enjoy the conversation at your table over a nice bottle(or two or three…) of vino. My favs are the lamb lollypops, fresh catch(changes nightly), prosciutto and arugula pizza, rack of lamb, Sunday gravy, and ANY of their fresh made pastas. The gnocchi is the best!!! My husband is also a fan of the stuffed pork chop. New on their dessert menu is their authentic Italian Ice. I was hesitant bc I’ve only had the hard as a rock stuff in a paper cup but theirs was soft and refreshing. Lots of flavors but orange-creamsicle was a great choice. As far as any reviews talking about how long the food takes… refer back to above and be patient. Everything is made to order. To help with the wait they are now serving an antipasto with fresh baked bread when you are seated. It’s changes like this they make to make sure you have a fantastic dining experience and keep you coming back for more. If you can’t make it into the restaurant look for them at the Seaside Farmers market with their fresh breads and pastries. You will not be disappointed.

First time there for dinner in May. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop. It was a huge, tender chop, filled with cheese and prosciutto, topped with a delicious berry sauce reduction. My wife’s rack of lamb was equally well made and delicious and was enough for lunch the next day. The other two couples with us also enjoyed the feast. Allowing you to BYOB for a small corkage fee makes this a no brainer for a casual night out. A bit noisy due to its small size. But adds to the vibe and energy level.

Small, quaint. Fresh quality food. Personal service, verbal menu(no prices). Great for a special meal. Byob $ 10 corkage. Fresh pasta, perfectly grilled meats. If you have the time and reason to go, try it while in destin.

Quaint restaurant tucked into corner of strip mall. Nice patio for warmer weather. I had small pizza for appetizer and crust was perfectly done, sauce definitely homemade, all around excellent. Main courses took a bit more time, but was well worth the wait. Shrimp over pasta with spicy sauce and grouper. I will be back for another meal next time in town

I joined my family at Crust for my first time tonight for dinner — I can say I will absolutely be back. The Cioppino was the best I’ve ever had. We tried several appetizers including the scallops, mussels, and grilled octopus all were excellent, and the bite of triggerfish I managed to nab from my girlfriends meal was very good. The atmosphere was awesome and very family friendly. Everything is made from scratch and its clear that there is a lot of love and attention to detail put into every meal. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town without fail. Highly recommended.

I promise your visit to Crust will be well worth every dime! We visited Crust last night and had the absolute pleasure of sitting at the chef’s table. From the beginning, to the very end of the meal, every dish was spot on! Part of the charm is the verbal menu of chef specialties. Of those, we highly recommend the lightly breaded risotto balls as an appetizer. Melt in your mouth good! I had the cioppino, my mom had lamb and my sister had the grouper and every dish at the table was spot on! There wasn’t one complaint! The staff is knowledgable and friendly and we love making a stop at this amazing restaurant that is off the beaten path. And as their motto says, I highly recommend that you all«Eat More Crust!»

To eat dinner at Crust is to experience a taste of Italy! From the fresh baked bread, to the house-made pastas complemented with some of the most delicious sauces you’ve ever tasted, to the tender, juicy main dish meats, you can’t go wrong! Hubby’s favorite is the bone –in pork chop with a lovely berry reduction. I would have a harder time choosing a personal favorite, but the crab cake served atop a fried green tomato is a standout appetizer, and the cannelloni, Sunday Gravy(ziti, red sauce, italian sausage, and house made meatballs), gnocchi, and ribeye all have been excellent. Really, you can’t go wrong with any choice. We’ve dined here many times, as it’s our favorite restaurant in the 30a area. They don’t serve wine, so be sure to bring your favorite along with you. It’s casual and small, and you won’t feel rushed. It reminds us of dining in Italy, and always leaves us wanting to go back again(both to Crust, and to our favorite travel destination, Italy).

Sat in the kitchen. Service was excellent and they know how to be attentive and personable without overwhelming you. The dinner was amazing — and the bread was perfect. Completely reasonable pricing for homemade pasta in a touristy area.

Excellent choice that I made when I stopped to grab some lunch while driving through. Delicious, healthy food that really feels like it was prepared by a close relative that is excellent in the art of cooking. Highly recommend this spot for lunch!

I really wanted to love this place. We went for pizza and they weren’t serving pizza that night. We sat near a very loud very annoying large table of 8 or 9. I know management can’t do much about that but it prohibited our family from having any conversation. When the food came– an hour and ahalf later — it was barely warm and just okay tasting. You aren’t told prices as the menu is given verbally. I thought it was overpriced for what we got. God bless the hard working people working here — their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. I think the place could be so successful but we won’t be returning.

This has become our favorite restaurant. Incredible menu and the home feel food and service is one of a kind. Every plate served was phenomenal and the bread was incredible. Highly recommend. Restaurant is BYOB.

We very much wanted to visit Crust and get what looked to be some of the more interesting food in SRB — but it’s been closed each time we visited — even though we were there during their open business hours posted on their website, Facebook, and door. Once on a Sunday and once a Wednesday. I’d love to tell you the food is awesome, but they apparently don’t like customers. I realize this may be a staff issue, sickness issue, or some other strange or rare thing — but still an amazingly bad way to run a business, even in a beach town.

Great pizza. The Italian sausage was amazing. The only pizza I’ve had that can match up was from Antico in Atlanta. Highly recommended.

With all of the pizza options in this town and with two kids under the age of 4, I wanted quality and not quantity. Crust delivered to the finest. We over spent, 2 large pizzas and an arugula salad(lights out freshness), but it was worth every penny. We went with the large Salsiccia and 4– cheese for the kids. The«Crust» was absolutely perfect in thickness, crunch and flavor. They clearly use quality ingredients because you can taste everything on the pie. On top of this, how good of a pizza was it? We got this pizza on a Tuesday evening and I just heated more up for lunch today(Thursday) and it STILL tasted great! I thought about going to Fat Clemenza’s but chose not to. We drove by Jordano’s and a couple other pizza places to find this great little corner restaurant. The menu looked phenomenal and when I come back to Destin before the fall, the wife and I will enjoy the entrée’s. Lastly, the service was great. The Chef took the bill while everyone else in the restaurant said hello. If you want QUALITY food, GOTOCRUST!

Wonderful pizza and an amazing piece of fresh, made in the restaurant cheesecake. Table next to us had a T-Bone steak that I didn’t see on the menu so maybe he was a local, but it was freakishly HUGE in a good way. Nice, small family joint. Nice patio even though we decided to sit inside because it was a touch cool out. Very friendly. $ 10 corking fee if you bring your wine(they don’t serve it) which is very reasonable to me.

This was our favorite place in SRB. They don’t have a liquor license so it’s BYOB. Mainly outdoor seating which is pleasant — it’s too hot to sit inside which is super hot from the open kitchen. The food is superb — my hubby would get the lamb chops every time. They prepare fresh food according to what’s available that day and in season. For example, the side that came with the lamb chops was different every time whether it be fresh greens in a reduction sauce or risotto. I loved their brick oven style pizza. Make reservations or you won’t get a table!

If you’re looking for authentic Italian food near 30A, made and served by good people, this is your place. My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal at Crust tonight but be forewarned, bring a BIG appetite because everything is good and the portions are very large. For starters, we had some of their very fresh bread with olive oil and the Arancini which is essentially 3 large deep fried risotto balls. For the entrée, I had the Sunday Gravy which is a lot of rigatoni with a rich meat sauce that included 2 excellent meatballs, italian sausage and beef with a dollop of ricotta on top. My wife had the Margarita pizza which was also fantastic. We spent about $ 50 and walked out with enough food for lunch tomorrow. Its also important to know that they don’t sell any alcohol but you’re welcome to bring your own bottle.

Been here now a few times & still always a great experience. The owners are so welcoming and create some excellent dishes. I had the Seafood Cioppino and the portion was huge & done so well. Flavorful & didn’t skimp in the seafood(lots of lobster, mussels, jumbo shrimp, grouper & calamari). Had the pizzas before & they are excellent. Everything on the menu sounded so good. Fresh breads are made daily & so worth it. Thanks Mark & Kim!
