just arrived for the first time and the brunette manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She should be promptly fired. We’re ordering at your establishment and you treat your customers like shit? If I could give them zero stars I would. Maybe if you fixed your attitude you’d have better reviews on Unilocal

Okay. So this place’s pizza is AMAZING!!! The breadsticks here are a must-have. I would describe them as a perfectly garlic-ed stick of deliciousness. My favorite pizza here is the gourmet veggie pizza. We called in an order and the employees are very polite and nice. Make sure to remember to help them out and remember your order number if you decide to call in! Their garlic-ranch is also super yummy. We go here every time we are in Destin.

They need to update their menu. My one and a half year old choked on their pizza because it was too crispy and I tried to order her something softer like pasta, macaroni pasta, chicken, anything! I asked for something softer and was told they no longer make most of the stuff I asked for and then the other stuff I was told they didn’t have made. They didn’t offer to make me anything softer so I ended up giving my child the top of the pizza with no crust.

I have NOTHING bad to say about Jordano’s. I am a big fan of going to very local places on vacation. I do not like to go to chains or a place I can eat at home(unlike a lot of tourists). This is BEYOND great. I want one of these in my hometown! On a side note… it seems a lot of negative reviews are either older about the customer service, some newer ones seem pretty short about explaining what was off for them. I can only speak to my experiences(numerous) and they have all been great. As for the price… you get a lot for what you pay for in my opinion… and the pizza is phenomenal.

While this review is strictly based on service and not quality of their pizza, this is the third time I have had unacceptable service. We visit Destin every summer and usually order pizza delivery one evening on our trip. This is the 3rd time in five years I was absolutely blown away by the rude, angry and hateful service we received trying to place a delivery order. First call tonight I was asked to hold and he actually hung up on me. The second call she took my order and said it would be over two hours for delivery, I then asked how long for carry out and she said about the same. I politely told her my kids would blow up before then and I would have to find another option. She asked if I was canceling my order and when I said yes, she slammed the phone down so hard, I’m sure it broke! Hate bad reviews, but dang people… never calling this place again.

We love the pizza and especially the broasted chicken… it’s been a few years since we were here but just like we remembered, it was incredible!

Horrible customer service! Apparently they think that since tourists are just passing through that customer service doesn’t matter.

Do yourself a favor and order the bread sticks. So good! They are basically big puffy breadsticks with a crunchy Parmesan/garlic breadcrumb topping. Simple, but delicious. The pizza was good, not great. Friendly and fast service. We chose to dine-in. The dining room was clean but kind of had a «run down» feel to it. Boarded up windows are not what I want to see on vacation. We will surely eat here again but maybe next time have them deliver.

Holy Pie! Only eat this place of you want some SERIOUSLYINCREDIBLE pizza! Located very close to the outlets in Destin, this place was a great find after a day of shopping. The restaurant didn’t seem terribly busy when we went and we still waited about 25 or 30 minutes to get our pizza but I understand why, and it was well worth the wait! They use fresh ingredients and Boars Head meats and cheeses on their pie and they are piled high across the entire thing. This really was an excellently crafted pizza that I could tell took a little while to create. Being one of the best pizzas I have had in a while, I highly recommend this pizza. I do recommend not waiting until you are starving to go there, be sure to give yourself enough time before you get«hangry.» side note: if you like eating ranch dressing in your pizza, they have a garlic ranch that was great!

After being out on the beach and swimming in the gulf all day, we were too tired to get ready and go out. I called in the order and it was pretty straight forward. I paid via credit card over the phone and they were to deliver within 45 mins. We were staying at the Leeward Keys condos and they knew exactly where that was. They only needed our unit number to be able to deliver right to our door! So we ordered in from the highly recommended Jordano’s! I was surprised at the prices but have come to accept that all of Destin has inflated pricing. #TouristTown We were pretty hungry so we ordered a 12 piece spicy wings for $ 9.99. They are the smallest wings I’ve ever seen. EVER. They were really fatty too. We ordered the Jordano’s Deluxe-10″ pizza for $ 16.95. I was worried it wouldn’t be enough but didn’t want to pay more! The pizza was loaded and I mean LOADED with toppings. It was plenty. My husband and I are big eaters and we were so full that we even had two whole slices left over. The pizza was delicious! We ordered two soda cans, the wings, and a 10″ pizza. With the delivery tip, it all came out to about $ 37. Ordinarily I’d be outraged but, like I said, these prices are typical in Destin.

I had a craving for pizza during my last visit to Destin and decided to give this spot a try because of the star rating. I have to admit that after looking at the prices and seeing the interior, I started to make a quick 180 out the door. Pizza was great and tasted much better than the chains. Very generous with toppings and nice size. A little more expensive than other spots(no specials or discounts) but very good. Service was fair, but nothing to write home about. Otherwise, good pizza.

Excellent pizza. Had a deluxe or something along that line with pepperoni sausage onions… Went back two days later. Didn’t have their chicken but ran into friend of a friend that says it is fantastic.

The broasted chicken is dank! 5⁄5 strongly recommend! Bros are in town and they love it. Got it to go and playing monopoly now while enjoying the broasted chicken. –RC

The pizza was good and ready on time but we weren’t impressed with the size. The small was six pieces but was about he size of a personal pan pizza. For a supreme and cheese small was about $ 30. There were a lot of toppings but was pretty small. A good choice for a family but just be prepared on the size.

The past two years, on separate trips to Destin, I have been disappointed in Jordano’s Pizza. I don’t mind paying their high prices(nearly $ 30 for one large pizza) if the quality is there, but the past couple of times we’ve ordered from there, the quality has been severely lacking. Last week, one of the pizzas was so salty we could barely eat it. The other pizza was fixed with a topping we asked to be left off, and it looked as if someone tried to pull off the wrong topping and then cover the entire pizza in a massive amount of feta cheese to hide the mistake. We like feta cheese as much as the next person, but damn. The next time I’m in Destin, I think I will look elsewhere for my pizza take-out needs. Thirty bucks is too much to pay for a pizza that is barely edible, even if I am on vacation.

Strengths: Family style atmosphere. TV in dining room. Huge portions of toppings. Delivery. Free refills. Opportunities: Can’t do half and half pizzas. Dirty tables and floors. Not busy. Can’t move tables to accommodate larger parties. Sumnary: If you don’t mind cleaning your own table and some of their«rules», not s bad place to grab s bite to eat.

I’ve been coming here for years and love their pizza. Don’t get me wrong, it’s probably the best in Destin, but it comes with a bit of an attitude. Hate their«no substitution» policy but moreso find the«no half and half» pizza policy to be ridiculous. My mother and I both wanted the deluxe pizza but sausage upsets her stomach and we wanted it left off of half of the pizza but they sternly refused. Hello soup Nazi. Really? Is it that hard to leave sausage off half a pizza? We weren’t exactly asking them to move mountains. If they could learn that a totally satisfied customer is good for business I bet they would make enough to expand out of their tiny one room shack. Word to the store managers: rethink your business strategy. I don’t want to see you guys choked out by those fast food chains. If keeping customers from customizing their orders is what’s keeping y’all’s business afloat then there might be something wrong with y’all’s pricing strategy or business plan one.
