Came here to pick up a snack after work. Wanted something to munch on for the drive home. Drive thru line wasn’t too long but it took forever to get my order. Cashier seemed tired like he didn’t want to be there. I know there are many locations in this area so will try another one next time.

This place always, always, always screws you at the drive through! Always check your order if it’s just a small soda. Chances are they’ll screw that up. They even mess up a drive through order when you are the only car in line.

Just go to Wendy’s across the street. This place isn’t worth it. The employees are grumpy as f*ck and the food quality sucks.

First, I didn’t expect world class employee behavior here but the manager/supervisor lady kept rolling her eyes to the newbie guy she’s training while he was taking my money. Poor guy. :( Second, they completely FORGOT about my order. My coworkers each got combo meals and ordered after me… They all got their foods before I went up to ask if my ONE small order of chicken strips were ready. FINALLY I got my chicken strips but they were so salty that they literally burned the inside of my cheek and tongue. Ack! Dining area always seems to be hella dirty when I come, but we’re talking JITB here so I won’t hold that against them since it’s so busy during lunch. Lots of homeless hang around here as well. However, morning people are nice and pleasant at the drive-thru, and the ice coffee can grow on you once you’ve had it so many times out of desperation for caffeine.

I come here with my fiancé late at night after he gets off work(usually past midnight) to pick up junk food and hang out. It’s nice because usually no one is there, so we can just chill together and not have to go home just yet. The food is extremely cheap — you get what you pay for — and I don’t really have any complaints. Their strawberry shakes are the bomb, though. I think my only issue is that it seems like ANYONE can come in and cause problems and no one working cares. First time going, a homeless man started harassing us and was drinking alcohol out of a giant Jack Daniels bottle and no employees did anything, even after we reported him. Second time, a drunk couple comes in and starts hitting each other, pushing each other, and shuving each other around. Literally the man was pushing the woman and hitting her face, and the employees didn’t do anything. Third time, a homeless man comes in and urinated all over the floor, dug through the trash to find a cup, filled it with water and only left after yelling nonsense at us for at least a few minutes — again, the employees did nothing. It just seems like the night crew doesn’t care, even when it comes to breaking laws and people’s safety. I’m starting to think coming here at night is a big mistake. Night crew really needs to step it up with kicking out people!

This location is very terrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered something to eat and after waiting 25mins. i asked cashier what happen to my order. they said they forgot to get the order ready. obviously someone dropped the ball here and the manager didn’t do anything to make it right so I asked to get my money back and left. still no apologies from anybody. Bad customer service

I don’t know where to begin with… I only come here cuz it’s fast and close to work. I have two horrible experience with this Jack. A couple months ago, I purchased the Breakfast Jack sandwich and there were plenty of egg shells inside. Yesterday I paid $ 6 for a rotten tomato w/old veggies grilled chicken salad. Called the store manager and reported the incident, he offered a free meal, but I am not here for the free meal! The store need to pay closer attention to what they are feeding their customer.

I wish I could give zero stars. The employees are worse then the people loitering around the restaurant! They touch the cash register with our without gloves then handle food. They are so unsanitary and disgusting. Don’t eat here! Go to Wendy’s across the street.

I never ever been to jack in the box. My first time been to this jack in the box. The only reason I went this jack in the box is because the traffic down in santa monica was crazy. The only place was not pack and crazy was this jack in the box. I would never eat here again. Here are the reason why I would not go back and plus it make sense why is not busy. 1. The French fried tastes nasty and hard. 2. The place is not clean. 3. Homeless people’s sitting inside the restaurant. 4. The hamburger is nasty. Food is over prices and not worth it.

Ew, why did I even come here? You should know better when the drive-thru is empty every time you pass a place! The person who took our order had a hard time understanding what we wanted and ended up messing up our order; being that we had to head to work, we couldn’t wait for them to re-make it. I got some breakfast sandwich combo that was entirely unmemorable and left me hungry; the soggy hash brown was squashed in the bag and quickly made a beeline for the trash can. I got stuck with unsweetened iced tea(VOMIT) which was a poor substitute for the hot coffee I had ordered. Humbug. The only plus side is that they’re open all the fucking time and they serve their entire menu all day. So when you want a burger at 7AM, this is the place to go.

I usually deal with the Morning crew here. Everyone is nice. They answer all my questions. And my food is hot and made like I ordered. This is my fave fast food spot to stop at before I head to work.

This is as bad as it gets. The worst of the worst. I’m embarrassed i was even in this hell hole but my friend & i were walking past & thought«Hey, how bad can it be»? WELL…it’s BAD. This place is disgusting. The dining room area is filthy & outdated… if you can find a seat that isn’t occupied by a homeless person… or what appears to be gang members. The cooks themselves look as if they were just plucked out from the dumpsters in the alley out back & asked to cook a few meals…& got our order wrong… TWICE. The Indian guy who i think is the manager & cashier… don’t give a F*@k about customer service or appropriate restaurant behavior OFANYKIND. i.e.: My friend ordered a smoothie. The manger guy, bent over, grabbed 2 cartons of god knows what, placed them on the counter directly in front of us & poured ½ of each into a cup…& wallah! -«Smoothie» appeared! It was so appalling to watch, my friend & I’s jaws dropped… wide open… in amazement. Besides that… the food here in general is atrocious. Just horrid… and the fries! –I mean… how bad can a fast food fries taste? Just awful. Cardboard would’ve been tastier. As we walked out… my friend & I agreed to pretend the previous 18 minutes of our lives never happened… and are never to be mentioned again.

Stopping by this location was one of the dumbest decisions of my life. My friend and I were horrified at how disgusting, rude and incompetent the cashier/(manager?) was. A. Every homeless person in the greater Los Angeles area was there. B. The manager wasn’t the least bit interested in actually hearing our order and possibly providing good customer service. He looked absolutely disgusting. Like maybe he was homeless himself. C. I asked for a cup for water 3 times, he acknowledged my request and continued to go about his business until I asked a 4th time. D. He made my smoothie on the counter right in front of me. NOTACTATALL. I was so grossed out. E. My friend ordered a milkshake, it was half melted and the idiot behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to actually finish the drink with whipped cream. F. We asked for it to go, the lady hands it to us on a tray. We asked again… took one more time of asking to get it in a bag. G. She shorts us an order of French fries. I told her 2x, she argues then looks at the order again and gives us the other small French fry. H. We get in the car… Order is wrong. That idiot manager gets the order wrong. I. The French frys were cold and everything in general was disgusting. I got an immediate stomach ache. I can’t express enough how this was the worst fast food experience of my life. ANDITWASN’T CHEAP! $ 16 for two disgusting, cold meals??? FIRETHESTAFF REMODEL HIRECOMPETENTSTAFF or JUSTDOTHEWORLD A FAVORANDTAKE A WRECKINGBALLTOTHISDUMP.

Now I know this is some ghetto fast food, true, but the whole breakfast all day thing makes Jack an occasional stop by. The food is well… Yack, but the service is where I’m coming from. Half the time I go there I get Jacked for incorrect change or they Jack part of my order, or just mess something up. Funk dat!

The food at this is ok but the other the few blocks down is way better. Once after I ate I decided to get a soda(I had a shake while I ate). And I wanted a soda and I went to the automated machine to get the soda because there was a long line at the counter and I waited and waited and waited for the cup and the manager said«did you order?» and I said yes and he said what did you order I said a soda and I need the cup for it then he walked away. Then a few minutes later he came back and asked the same questions again. Then he walked away again. Then he came back and my parents came up with me and needed to yell at him to get the soda for me then he gave it to me. How hard is it to give someone a cup for a soda? It is so easy it only takes 2 seconds.

You know those Jack in The Box 99cent tacos? Ever order them? Well if you have, you’d know that they always come out all mushy and stuck together. This Jack in The Box is the only one i’ve ever been to where the tacos actually look like a decent hard shelled taco. With all the fixins in it. Also Breakfast all day at Jack in the Box. Love breakfast.
