What a relief to find timely and attentive help in the Land of Enchantment! My rental home in Los Alamos was in need of some TLC. Carpet Works recommended carpet stretching and grout cleaning to bring years of life back to the flooring — they were right! The scheduling was easy, and the service was thorough and prompt. It’s a challenge to find contractors who will come «up the hill» for a job, so be sure to keep these guys in your contact list if you are a resident or landlord in the Los Alamos area. Thank you to Mary Ann for scheduling and Rux for the estimate and getting the job done!

We had carpet stretching and shampooing done in 2 guest BR’s and a master BR walk-​in closet and are very happy with the results. The 2 man crew was on time, friendly, and hard working. The entire job took 3 hours which I thought was pretty quick. Their pricing might be a bit on the high side but overall I thought it was worth it. We would definitely use them again.
