Jerry’s Vintage Radio

I bought an old tube radio at a swap meet. It is a «Silvertone» 1940’s deco wood cabinet, with push button dials, and the green cat’s eye tuning light. It’s a stunning radio. I plugged it in, and it did not work. I brought it to Jerry’s Vintage Radio. He said, give me a few weeks and it will be fine. I picked it up, plugged it in, and the first thing I noticed was this bright green eye opening and closing as I tuned in the different stations. I landed on a Dodger game, and this voice came through, loud and clear, rich, and full of deep base, it was the voice of Vin Scully. I listen to Dodger games on this radio.
This repair that was done by Jerry’s Vintage Radio was done over 10 years ago, and it’s still flawless. I have brought other radios to have them looked over and repaired, and could not be more pleased. He has a really cool shop, with some radios for sale.

Very professional radio restoration shop. Jerry is a true craftsman and does excellent work. Also, cool little shop with many interesting items.
