I heard about Jeremy through one of my good friends who said he was excellent. So I decided to give him a shot when my furnace went out. He was able to get to my house the same day I called. It took him no more than 10 minutes to find the problem, it happened to be just the thermostat. While I could of just paid for the service fee and get a thermostat at Lowe’s and install it myself. I went ahead and let him install it because he had it on his truck and he was fair in price. All in all I am happy with Jeremy and his service. I would definitely call him again.

Our ac has been having problems all summer, and every time we called our home warranty company they were sending out the same guy who kept «trying» to fix the problem. After about the sixth time he came out and the ac broke AGAIN, I called our home warranty company and requested a new person be sent out. They gave us Jeremy’s number, and the first time he came out he immediately figured out the problem, noticed all of the different things the other company did incorrectly or neglected to do, and was able to get us a brand new air conditioner through the home warranty company. Jeremy is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about air conditioner units, patiently explaining everything to us. His associate Charlie came to help him install the unit, and the two of them worked quickly and efficiently to get things done. They even checked out our duct work, and found it to be severely leaking, so we called the home warranty company to request these guys to come out. They are highly recommended!

My A/​C in my rental unit went out and I called my home warranty company to submit a work order. I was handed over to Active Air and Jeremy was great! He made an appointment for the first thing the next morning and was able to fix the air in about 30 – 40 minutes. He was so polite and respectful and came completely prepared to fix the unit. I think he did a great job!

Jeremy is the SUPERMAN of Heating and Air Conditioning. He is extremly knowledgeable when it comes to trouble shooting repair calls which I have used him for. But what really blew my mind away this time, is when I had him install a New Heating and A/​C system at one of my rental properties in Lancaster, CA. With all honesty I do not believe anyone else could have done a better job. Not only are his prices reasonable, but the quality and professionalism of his work is outstanding. Jeremy, professionally removed and installed a new A/​C condenser and furnace for me. He even went to the extent of weather proofing the outside supply lines which feed the condenser. I additionally appreciate the fact he cleaned up after he finished the job. Simply put he is awesome and I will definitely keep using him and refering friends and family to him; he truly is a Specialist just as it states on his company name!

The worker was waiting for me at my rental property before i arrived. He walked in, recognized the problem right away and replaced the part in less than 15 minutes. My time is valuable and Active Air was efficient and professional. Great work.

Aside from the dodgers hat, he was the most honest HVAC guy on the planet. I have seen shows on TV and they are portrayed poorly. He put that to rest. This is one happy Yankee fan. He could have easily said this will be really expensive and in a 105 degree heat wave, I would have said ok do what you need to. But he showed me it was just a simple problem. Later the problem continued and on Friday nite he blew off his plans and came right back! Now we have cold air!

Honest, fair, quality work, on time, great follow up. What else would you want? Jeremy installed a new a/​c and Furnace unit in our house. My ac would break 3 times a month, run all day, and would never get our house below 79 degrees. Jeremy installed our new A/​C and Furnace in a day. My house has never been this comfortable. The new a/​c is cooling my house in 10 minutes now. I can only imagine what my electric bill is going to look like. Thanks Jeremy!
