Halal Market

I have been buying halal meat/​chicken from this shop from 8 months. The first impression was very good in early days. The owner claimd meat to be organic without holding any certificate. The cost of the meat is little higher than other halal meat shops in the area. My overall experience is negative.
Their cost calculation process is unclear. If you buy 3 – 4 type of meat (Beef, Chicken, goat, Mince etc) then at the end, the cashier will just provide you credit card transaction receipt, and sometimes nothing. There is a plenty of room to charge higher amount for individual item without comming into customer knowledge.
The butchers are also part time who dont know how to make meat pieces. They neither aware of basic english words like Mince, 2-​inch pieces. The sole purpose is to complete the task without taking care of the customer request. It happened two times in recent past that I informed to remove fats from meat and make 2-​inches pieces, then put them in 3 shopping bags. But the butcher made variable size pieces holding plenty of fats and put them in two bags of unequal typre (one bag contains mostly bones, while other bag contains meat)
In another event, I bought mutton mince and froze it at home. After 2 weeks, when I need to use it, I open the bag and found it very smelly. When I tried to return it, the shop owner decline to accept by stating its customer’s responsibility after one day of purchase.
Complaining is like insulting yourself. They will make you feel that you are talking in Russian while living in USA. I am seriously thinking to find some other place to buy quality halal meat.

They have Halal organic chicken and fresh halal meat at reasonable price. Good range of middle eastern product and spices.
