I wouldn’t suggest this establishment to anyone. I was going through serious complications and called the office a few times concerned about them and finally reviewed a call 4 and a half days later only to be told I need to go to Urgent care asap. Long story short I ended up in the Emergency Room. After being treated by a doctor in the ER I was told to contact my Obgyn and get seen immediately, but after calling this office 3 times to make an appointment, I still haven’t gotten a call. I have never in my life felt so hopeless. It goes without saying I will not be returning here again.

3 – 4 months to get an appointment. For anything medical, it should never take that long. Yes one star. A good medical practice shouldn’t look like this.

Bad office in general. Sometimes the people that surround a doctor ruin the experience, and this is definitely the case here. Sansum is not known for their warm and fuzzy support staff, but the OBGYN department takes the cake. Calling friends and looking on Unilocal now to get referrals outside of this establishment.

Love all the obgyns at sansum no complaints. But it takes forever to get an appointment with one. At least a 2 – 3 month wait good luck.
