Their return policy sucks. I bought a couple of sombreros without tags and the lady with crooked teeth put foam on the inside of the rim so it fit properly. She didn’t warn me I wouldn’t be able to return or exchange it with it on. When I came back to return it, a different lady said that I couldn’t exchange or return it because it had foam inside and there weren’t any tags. I explained to her that they didn’t come with any and yet she declined me. Sad customer service!

I bought a nice looking fedora for $ 14.99 large selections, good prices. Casual and funny… great service! Definitely going back for another since there were others I liked.

If you’re looking for a sun hat, fedora, western hats, funny hat, or something for the kids then you should check this place out! They offer a good variety of hats that are well made at reasonable prices. They also have a small section of sports hats as well.
I was looking for a new fedora and I couldn’t make up my mind because there are so many nice ones to choose from; both for men and women. They start at about $ 13.99 and up.
I will definitely be back to find that perfect hat.

I came to Hats Unlimited with my parents and boyfriend on a day trip to Santa Barbara, my dad has been looking for a hat to lounge by the pool with and had a very specific style in mind.
Hats Unlimited caught our attention and we decided to pay them a visit. They have hats for men, women, and children as well as novelty hats and sunglasses and their prices range from $ 10 to upwards of $ 70 (my dad found a hat he liked, but unfortunately the price tag was $ 50 and out of his budget).
Staff was friendly and the girl working was very helpful. They also did not seem to mind that we were taking photos and trying on a variety of different hats.
