I’ve been going here for the past 2 – 3 years and have yet to experience any big problem. The location and restaurant itself are great and clean. It’s always relatively empty compared to other fast foods so waiting for your order is usually quick

This is literally the only fast food place that I’ve ever seen that has 4 stars. I’m going to give 4 stars just to keep with the consistency. As stated in other reviews the place is pretty clean and service is fast and friendly. Food tastes like Carl’s Jr. Which is delicious!

We came here on a Thursday evening. Didn’t see security and the patrons were your average take out people. This was my first time at this location although I’ve been attending the one on Upper State for over two decades.
Our food had special orders (no tomatoes for example). It was ready quickly and exactly like we ordered. I don’t recommend the new ranch bacon fries however. It’s very short on the dressing.
Another plus: they have cherry Coke on tap. It’s one of the few places that has this, and drinking it from a can just doesn’t do it.
I will be returning here for sure.

Today the security guard was absent and every crack addict and degenerate within a 500 foot radius seemed to know it cuz their restrooms were busy. Two at a time?!
Four stars just for the entertainment while enjoying my lunch.

I love Carls Jr’s burgers. I like this location as I’ve always received good service. It also helps that I can see my food being cooked after I order it. I’m OK with there being no drive-​thru partly because I don’t like using them and I agree with the whole pollution thing. Can’t go wrong with this one; it’s definitely easier to get to this location than the ones on Sate St.
