Location not great but im am going based on the food and service. Molcajete is delicious. The salsas for the chips are one of the best I’ve tried. Service is great. Very nice ladies. Tortillas he has a mano. Yum. Not a pretty location and doesn’t look very clean but worth it

Well this place is a hole in the wall and it is really good on mexican food. I we ent to avilas ranchito and it sucks cant compare to authentic mexican food to a chain restaurant. I recommend the molcajete de carne asada with michelada. It is very casual and good prices.

This is not the Las Brisas in Laguna Beach. This is a whole in the wall with damn good michiladas and home made Mexican food. Yum!

I had the everything seafood cocktail … it was good but nothing to rave about. Oysters had a lot of grit in them and some tasted a little blahh. Dunno if I would come back.

I am only writing this review because I think most if not all the other reviews here are actually written about the Las Brisas restaurant in Laguna Beach. That one is an up scale restaurant with a patio overlooking the ocean(note the other reviews reference the patio). This Las Brisas appears to be a mid level restaurant near downtown Santa Ana. That being said, I’ve never actually eaten in either of these restaurants!

Gets a star only because of the view on the patio, otherwise 0. How do you manage to even fuck up nachos? Really unforgivable food. At best bland, on average offensive.

Upscale Mexican Seafood Restaurant that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. If you can get a table on the patio or near the window on a clear day, its quite a nice view. But the food here is quite good, ranging from fresh fish to the traditional Mexican dishes. Most of the meals hover around the $ 20 — $ 30 range, but they are quite good. There’s valet parking at the restaurant, but if you can, you can find meters across the street. I think mine was the only non-luxury car in the valet lot, which tells you the type of clientele this place usually gets. Although this place is known for its quality of service, when I went it was lacking. Must have been that I looked young and the server didn’t think he’d get a good tip. He didn’t even tell us the evening’s specials, yet conspicuously did when an older couple was seated a couple tables down. Overall this restaurant is good, and if it had better service, then it’d be getting the highest rating. But, if I pay for a fine meal, I feel I deserve the same in the service.
