Great Staff, timely employees, quality work, and a beautiful result — what more could you ask for? I called Abbott Awnings to get an old, tired and ripped tennis court awning replaced. Jim and the team came thru with their speedy service and it was easy to see that they knew what they were doing. The awning color selection they have is amazing, but what impressed me most was the result — flawless. I recommend Abbott 100%!

We have been incredibly happy with our retractable awning. The first one lasted close to a decade but got trashed by our construction workers during remodeling. Ana was great about sending samples and gave us a great quote for our new awning. The installers did an excellent job efficiently. We had a great experience and have recommended them to family.

This is a great business for awnings from beginning sales through installation and customer service. Love my 3 retractable awnings even more than I had anticipated. They block all sun and light (at night) when I want the sun or light blocked. These awnings keep the house much cooler when I want them to. I totally recommend the awnings and Abbott to sell and install them. Thank you for the great service.

Excellent company with excellent products and excellent service. I have purchased and had installed three different products from Abbott over the past 6 years, love everything I have purchased. They respond to adjustments, changes and/​or problems and correct them quickly. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny!

good, place. Install in September 2014. I have recommended to others based on the fact that they have come out to my house twice after installation for slight adjustments. No charge, just good service. Nothing major, the product is good, just some squeaking and wrinkles that were taken care of. For reference we bought one 12 foot by 8 foot cloth cover and a 3 foot by 8 foot cover. both AC powered and controlled by remote. nice setup. If you want to block all light and visibility into your house, you need to get the cloth!

Very happy with repair service I received under warranty (at year 4 of a 5 year warranty). Abbott came down to San Diego county, picked up my awning, repaired rip along a seam, and reinstalled the awning. Works fine. NOTE: we purchased the awning in 2010 rom a San Diego contractor, North County Deck, who interacted with Abbott to get the repair done. Don’t know for a fact, but there may have been an Abbott company ownership change that caused problems for other buyers.

We have a double set of French doors that get LOT of sun in the afternoon and bake the inside of the house. It gets unbelievably hot inside the house in the summer. We decided to get a motorized shade installed and called Abbott. They came out, told us all about our options, colors, motors and answered all our questions without hesitation. A couple of weeks later, we had a brand new motorized shade installed. It is fabulous. Gives us plenty of light inside the house, light of fresh air when the doors are open, and keeps the inside so nice and cool. Amazing! Don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner! Highly recommend Abbott if you need any kind of awning. They will work with you, offer options, and are flexible on scheduling. Thank you Abbott Awnings!

I bought two awnings from this company over the last 10 years… one a retractable over the driveway, now the fabric has ripped and the arm does not extend all the way, I have called 4 times, spoke to manager, promised a call back, and still no response.
I have been chasing them for months now and can’t get anyone to respond.
BUYER BEWARE! if they are going out of business it would be great if they said something to their customers.
