Great storage facility convenient to U-​Haul and the freeway. Nice units, clean, safe and well priced. I have a staging business, am in and out constantly. Things I appreciate most:
1. Fred, the manager. Super helpful and always smiling. His focus is clearly to offer great customer support. Hope management appreciates this! I do!
2. Automatic gate opening on exiting (my last unit in Novato I had to get out and put in a code.) When you go in and out as often as I do– it all adds up!
3. They’re installing security cameras. Nice added sense of safety.
4. A block away from U-​Haul.

Awesome location and reasonable prices. I have been with SH II for 7 – 8 years and just rented a 2nd unit. The units with role up doors are great if you need access often. Quiet, safe setting, immaculately clean. New manager, Fred is the best! Anything you need he’s on it immediately, he’s also friendly and professional. Really takes ownership. I have gone through 3 managers. Hope Fred stays a while. Lots of changes since he took over… they have actually joined the world of technology which makes everything so much more convenient for the tenants.

Secluded area, but easy access. Large units which is a plus for business and a very accommodating and knowledgable staff.
