I’m not always big on balloons but WIW, Veronica does the best arrangements in the North Bay! Not even close. Veronica ROCKS! I’m a real estate broker and clients live them, Birthday Parties for kids and get well bouquets. Service more than matches the product.

Veronica did an amazing job at my granddaughters first birthday party. Absolutely fabulous. She showed up on time and got everything in place in the short amount of time that was allowed. Those who saw my granddaughter’s birthday photos on facebook loved the balloon décor and all those who showed up to the party had a fantastic time. I don’t think my party would NOT have been a hit without the balloons. They made a big difference in the decorations. I Thank you Veronica and company!!! I will definitely use you again in the near future. My sister’s baby shower is coming up so I will definitely call you again.

Wednesday was my Dad’s birthday and Thursday was my niece’s. I thought the big family dinner reservations were for Wednesday and found out (on TUESDAY) that I was wrong! The dinner party was that night. In less than an hour! In a panic, I Googled «balloons in Marin» and found this business. I was assured that for $ 75 they could manage to get something to the restaurant in time. I expected a standard bunch of balloons, especially given the late hour and, you know, what delivery charges usually are.
Within an HOUR the woman (owner?) delivered «the biggest balloon bouquet I’ve ever seen» (said my mom) AND she sang Happy Birthday! Within an HOUR!!! CRAZY!
In a day when «customer service» seems to be practically non-​existent, I was beyond impressed. Worth EVERY CENT!
