I love this place, every sandwich I’ve gotten here has been amazing. They offer you«mikes way» with most sandwiches which tops your sandwich off with juices and spices of amazingness. Always go mikes way.

So today my boyfriend and I decided to eat here for dinner and as I was ordering with this lady with red hair I tell her I would like the Baja chicken and she responds with a rude sound«arghh» as if I was annoying here with my order like it was an inconvenience I didn’t just get a regular sandwich. And as we speak she’s throwing a ta tut slamming stuff around. I gave this place a chance but I won’t be returning because of this lady with red hair whose a little bit chunky. I recommended to steer clear if she’s working here. Terrible costumer service.

Well I guess they close 20 minutes early on Sunday’s so I can’t say much but I am disappointed because they closed earlier then stated on website

For a chain spot(which I usually avoid, love to support local businesses) this place has a few tasty surprises that keep me coming back! 1. HEALTHY options!!! Booyah 2. Fresh cut meat for every sandwich, everything is super fresh 3. Very friendly sandwich artists(at this location) they seem to be happy and tend to remember me 4. Always fresh veggies and sandwich/salad toppings. No limp lettuce They are pretty new to San Pedro and have some stuff sandwich competition but I definitely keep coming back for the many varieties of CHICKEN cheese steak. Anyone can slang a Philly beef…

Very yummy sandwiches! Also, the employees are always very, very nice. The sandwiches always taste super fresh and delicious. I suggest the #13 Mike’s Way. If you join the rewards program, you can earn free sandwiches! If you like tasty sandwiches, you’ll like Jersey Mike’s. :)

Went in with my boyfriend today to grab a quick lunch. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and asked for no tomatoes since I am allergic. The nice guy taking my order repeated no tomatoes and even wrote it down. When I received my food I opened it only to find tomatoes on it. I’m no stranger to having my orders messed up because I am quite a picky eater and allergic to a number of foods. I went up to the counter as I hate to do, to let them know it was wrong. The staff was so nice about it! They quickly made me a brand new one without a complaint and let me keep the old one which my roommate had when I got home. The girl that brought the new wrap out to me was apologetic and I told her it was quite alright. We shared a laugh about how it’s second nature to make things sometimes and it’s hard to break the habit when people ask for custom orders. The wrap was delicious. Both my roommate and I give it a big thumbs up and I commend the staff for being so nice and accommodating! Thanks for a great experience even in the face of a mistake. We will definitely be coming back. Customer service definitely makes or breaks a store or restaurant. Keep it up!

Disgusting!!! I stepped in to grab a sandwich, and was disappointed at what I saw. I was standing in line getting ready to order a sandwich, when I noticed several flies near the food. Flies are everywhere and I was thinking no big deal. That was until I looked at the slicer, the one used to slice your meat as you order, and noticed at several flies continuously landing on the slicer. The worst part about the situation, was the employee who just kept smacking the flies away as if it were no big deal. Nasty, you are better than this JM’s.

We just had a Jersey Mike’s open up in my neighborhood and I must say they do make a good sandwich. Polite service, good tasty bread and quality meats. They make a pretty decent Philly Cheesesteak. I am definitely a fan and will be returning to have another good sandwich in the near future.

I live in the Bay Area and I’m not aware of any of these around my area, but my mom had mentioned Jersey Mike’s to me after she came back from SoCal a few months back, telling me that I needed to try it. I was looking for lunch while I was visiting the San Pedro area and I saw that there was one close by so I decided to go give it a try. It’s located in a pretty busy shopping area and there’s not too many parking places available in front of the actual location but don’t worry about that it’s worth it. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly empty, like no one at all, which is sometimes a bad sign but I didn’t care. I was greeted by the employees and checked out the menu and decide what I wanted. I got a roast beef and provolone and when they asked how I wanted it I explained that I wasn’t familiar with what was standard and they let me know and they actually all seem pretty excited that it was my first time there. I got everything on this sandwich, minus raw onions because I despise them. Before I talk about the sandwich its self I would like to commend the employees(I wish I had took note of their names, it was two gentleman and a young lady) because all three that I spoke with at the front were extremely nice and welcoming, unlike some establishments where you go and if you’re not familiar with it they kind of give you a funky attitude, these people we’re very friendly and answered any questions that I had, and even though I wasn’t from the area and not sure if any of the establishments were in my hometown they still had me sign up for the loyalty program which I definitely think I will be using in the future. I took the sandwich to go because I had a sleeping three year old in my arm, and when I got back to the hotel ate my food and I was very happy. Everything tasted extremely fresh, and I really enjoyed the fact that they cut the meat right there in front of you. The bread that the sandwich on was slightly crunchy on the outside but it was still soft, the meat was very good and the cheese as well, and there was tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar I believe, and peppercinis. I’m pretty sure that was all that was on it and if I missed something I wouldn’t be able to tell you because I scarfed the entire sandwich down. Comparing it to other sandwich shops, it is way above a subway. Anytime I’ve ever been into a subway you get maybe 2 paper thin slices of meat and vegetables that taste and look like they’ve been sitting out for 4 days. I’ve always enjoyed Togo’s, but this definitely beats them. I would definitely recommend them and next time I’m going to try one of their hot sandwiches and see if those are just as good. Enjoy!

Walked in to this location and by far it was one of the best interaction and experience at restaurant. Lupe, Clarissa, Giselle and sean were amazing, you could tell that they love their job, they helped everyone with enthusiasm and the energy was amazing. Thank you not only the best wrap but great service with it!

We came for a post workout wrap. I ordered the featured veggie sub that had eggplant, avocado, mushrooms, bell peppers, provolone, and sweet pepper radish(and mikes way). I added turkey :) The staff kept on telling me how amazing that sub was(I got it in a spinach tortilla wrap) so I was super excited to chow down. It was absolutely amazing! Too bad it’s only here for a limited time. Staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. We got greeted as soon as we walked in and had a full on conversation with the four people behind the counter. They even introduced themselves by name and asked for ours. We left eager to eat and with a big smile thanks to Lupe, Clarissa, Giselle, and Sean! Thanks guys! –Fred and Mayra

Love the sandwiches, hate the wait and customer service. Call in your order if not plan on waiting 20 – 30 min if busy.

Review strictly on service– waited 20 min while the slowest«sandwich artists» made the subs. Sandwiches are good, but service makes me not want to ever come back. Hurry up I’m not getting any younger !!

This review is strictly for the service. When we walked in there was only one person finishing up their order and three employees behind the counter. No one acknowledge us standing there and it was a good amount of time before someone decided to help us. In every Jersey Mikes I’ve been to there are at least six people working. Not in this case. The service was slower than the other locations. My husband placed his order for a hot sub and we waited twenty minutes. When my husband approached the counter to ask about it the women turned around and grabbed it. It was sitting there the whole time!!! Frustrating!!!

yum! It’s a chain, but so delicious. I am a huge sandwich fan and love that they slice the deli meat and put it on in front of you. With the oil and vinegar, the deli meat sandwiches just taste good and fresh. My favorite is a good old turkey sandwich. I also love the chicken cheese-steak sandwiches. This location does need to work on their service a bit though. I felt bad for the one girl making all of the sandwiches up front with a line of 5 people. It took a long time and there were 3 people in the back(one doing the grill though). I do hope they work on that because it was during the week at dinner time. Luckily, I was in no rush. Also, one girl who came out from the back to ring us up kept getting people’s orders wrong when asking which # they got. aren’t they written on the ticket/sandwich? Took a while, but was delicious! Also, any sandwich with olive oil and vinegar on it does not keep. Don’t save some for later because the bread gets so mushy.

I have eaten here a couple of times now and the sandwiches are great. It’s a nice change up from the dinky little sandwich one’s used too over at Subway. These have been packed full of meats, cheese, and ‘Mike’s Way’ goodness. On top of the great sandwich, the staff is very friendly and handled what appeared to be a somewhat difficult customer with grace. I will definitely be coming here again!

really good sandwiches! they just opened so they don’t have a routine down yet but the staff are super sweet! the customers are assholes and kind of picky and entitled but hey what can you do. I feel kind of bad for the employees though. keep up the good work guys

If you come here thinking it will be anything even close to a hoagie/sub from Jersey you will be really disappointed. The taste is on par of a bad sandwich you would get back east out of desperation, which was actually comforting to eat, but for the price, the amount of and quality of the cold cuts is a joke. Do not get your hopes up, this a small step above subway and priced like it’s something special. It isn’t.

Location just opened today, so far, so good! Many of the staff are new, so we didn’t expect perfection, but they did well in preparing our food and they’ll certainly get even better over time. All of the staff members were very friendly, and it must be difficult to maintain such a positive attitude in the chaos of an opening day, but they did. The food was great, just the same excellent quality we’d expect from Jersey Mike’s!
