Big Nick’s Pizza

Their food is really good but everytime I call to place an order the price changes. I order the same thing each time and I always have to tell them how the price changes and then they’ll change it back. On top of that there’s a girl who always seems to answer the phone and has the crappiest attitude it genuinely makes me never wanna eat there again and after tonight I highly doubt I will.

Good pizza but the place gives bad vibes, everytime we go in to eat there’s always a weird vibe their. Friendly service but fake, who knows what they are saying behind our back.

Order from here often, always delicious, and quick and hot. Never had a bad experience.

Big Nicks! Never have had a bad experience here. Their food is pretty good. Large portions, big selection of pizza, salads and calzones and their service is good. Always my good to if I want some italian food without the complete «restaurant» feel. Thumbs up

This place is San Pedro, ps the pasta salad is the best ever… stop by and trust me have some food, you won’t regret it.

We ordered a pizza and salad from Big Nick this weekend not only could we do the whole thing online thru Unilocal including paying for it and leaving a tip, it was easy. Pizza was great and the delivery was fast.

Our GO-​TO for lazy cooking nights. We live with another couple and between the 4 of us I think we order from Big Nick’s at least 2 – 3 times a week!
We usually go for half «Big Nick Special» and half basil, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Never dissapoints!

Shouldn’t have to check Pizza. Burnt bottom is very disappointing! Asking for thin crust shouldn’t be such a problem. Otherwise always on time and usually good food.

The customer service was great and my non breaded chicken parm was yum. I would definitely return!

Love this place, delivers late and has consistently delicious pizza. But very recently I got a sandwich that was supposed to have avocado on it and it only had very small slice my picture will be attached. I will continue to eat here but I’m not sure if I’ll Trust the sandwiches again.

Wow service was good and service was fast and I injoy the cool pictures they have on the wall I orderd the fettucini and it came with a soup it was good you need to try this place

Went here for lunch with a coworker. I got a salad and half sandwich. I loved the freshness of the bread and the tasty meats on the sandwich. Everything came together great.
The atmosphere of this place was very interesting. The gangster/​mob motif was good. I liked it.

I stumbled upon Nick’s when I found the website Seamless.
Delivery is super duper fast and convenient. Website says 45 – 50 minute wait but it’s there in 30 – 40. I’ve become a fan of the Mobster sandwich. I work in Wilmington so it’s nice they can deliver so quickly and still have my food hot.
Only downside is I found a hair in my meatball today.

Big Nick’s is one of our go to spots when one of us doesn’t feel like cooking. In 5 years I have probably tasted most if not all of their specialty pizzas and would have to say that the Longshoreman is their tastiest. Though I wouldn’t recommend it for those with high cholesterol.
My favorite sandwich would be the «Mobster.» Adding avocados and jalapeños and holding back on the lettuce and tomatoes. I personally have never been in the restaurant but can say their customer service over the phone is always great. They have never gone over the delivery ETA while placing the order.

Our family eats pizza every Friday Big Nicks is one of our favorite the pasta is delicious and my favorite salad is the bad boy, they recently expanded and made it a little bigger it’s very nice and clean on the inside. They do have a small bar & TVs to watch the game plus you can bring your own wine. The only problem is the parking .but overall I give this place a 9 ½ out of 10.

Every time I have ordered from Big Nick’s it has been amazing. Their food is incredible, and tonight they outdid themselves.
There was a mix up with our order, potentially a misunderstanding about what was written in the notes box on an item, and they handled it beautifully. I called in about the order (which I never do, but you know when you just NEED that one specific thing? Yeah.) and they were very sweet on the phone, and brought me a large serving of what I needed, with another ranch, and the driver refused a tip for the second trip, which was unnecessary but noted as a sweet gesture.

I work In San Pedro almost daily, and our small business orders takeout every single say, and amongst the group of restaurants we frequently order from, Big Nick’s is by far one of the best.
First and foremost, they’re extremely prompt, and it’s always easy to call in a large phone order for a group of picky people. They’re very fast, and they have 5 – 8 meals delivered to us in less than 45 minutes!
Also, the order is NEVER wrong. I cannot say this about other businesses. They always mess up my orders, or forget items, or put cheese all over my stuff when I ask for no cheese, and whatever.
I’m also the only vegan in the group. I love that I can order sandwiches (veganized, of course), salads, potato wedges, etc., and I never have to worry about it like when we order at other places.
Big Nick’s has the best pizza around, and their pasta is awesome too. We regularly order pizza and sandwiches, and two of the people I work with both get the fettuccine with either shrimp or chicken and they say the pasta is wayyy better than Niko’s.
All in all, I love that Big Nick’s is there. I can’t speak for the storefront or anything else, even though I’ve eaten this food almost weekly for an entire year, I’ve never actually gone there! I’ve seen the pictures on Unilocal and it looks cool.
I would recommend if you’re looking for good food or have a craving for pizza! They don’t mess around.

Looks like I’m in the minority here, but I’m not a huge fan of their pizza. Ingredients are fresh, but I can’t get past the incredibly soggy crusts. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the time of delivery, even though I’m only 3 miles away. Their marinara has a slightly different flavor profile than I’m used to. Can’t put my finger on what it is. It’s not bad, just not my first choice.
Their salads on the other hand are amazing. If I order pizza here, it’s really only cause I want their Green Salad. It’s such a simple basic salad, but the freshness of the ingredients is what makes it sooooo good.
