They have different «stations» here — deli, pasta, pizza, dessert, etc. We got the taco plate which came with 2 tacos, rice, and beans, and chips, but WE GOT NO CHIPS. It was super packed for Valentine’s Day and I think they ran out and needed to make more. The food was good/​fine, but it was all room temp, not piping hot. The patio is nice, could use more shade, and they have indoor seating too. Even though it was crowded, we found a seat, and pretty good ones too. The taco special plate was about $ 13, not bad. Would eat here again. They also have an eatery in the Chinese Garden area and a grill eatery on your way to the Japanese Garden area, plus the coffee shop which has salads/​sandwiches/​pastries/​desserts.

This is a brand new dining facility within the Huntington Library. Food is cafeteria style and limited to pastas, and grilled foods. If you’re in a hurry, there is a convenience section, where you can pick up packaged snacks and drinks on the go. The café is run by the Estate Catering of the Huntington Library.
