On our end we had several false starts, thinking we were going to be able to begin our project and then finding our resources had to be diverted to other concerns. Through it all Guy of Pacific Coast Flooring was EXCEPTIONALLY patient and understanding! He came to our property twice before any commitment on our part! We now have beautiful Flemish Oak Provenza floors and we are thrilled with the follow-​up care too! His price was competitive and the installers were expert and courteous.

We ordered carpet and laminate flooring from here last night. Though we haven’t had it installed yet, I just wanted to write a quick note to tell everyone how wonderful the customer service is! Roma was patient with all our questions and with our going back and forth trying to decide which colors and prices would work well with our budget. We commute back and forth to LA each week so our schedule is hectic! She never pressured us and let us take our time while making our decision. She even met us at the store on her day off at 7pm just to go over the final estimates and paperwork with us, since that was the only time we were available.
I highly recommend going to Pacific Coast Flooring for carpet, laminate, tile… etc. You won’t be disappointed!
