This is one of the cheapest gas stations in North County besides Costco. I love and hate Costco gas, cheap but long lines! Forget about the lines and come to this 7 – 11 for some gas, plus it’s right next to the free way.
This gas station has a lot of pumps, is fairly new, well-​kept and well-​lit. It’s also in a busy intersection so it seems pretty safe. There is seldom a long wait either probably because of the many pumps they have.
Pulling out of the gas station to head east on San Marcos Blvd can be a hassle though because you’ll need to bust a U-​turn, but what I do is to exit on Grand, make a right turn (NO LEFT TURN) and bust a U-​turn in one of the driveways and come back out to Grand to make a left turn back on San Marcos Blvd.

I’ve been here twice to fill up and they always have the cheapest gas prices. They have a drive thru! Yes they have a drive thru! I didn’t pull up so I’m not sure what you can order but I assume it’s some of the hot items sold inside the store. It’s very clean and looks pretty new. The area is well kept and the gas pumps very clean.
