This place is yummy and reasonably priced. The wide array of flavors offers tastes for anyone. Spicy, cheesy, salty. They got em all. The lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are super delicious and the mild heat is spicy enough for me but my friends are fans of the more intense flavors. The fries here AREDELICIOUS. GETTHEM! Be prepared for service to be rather slow here… It usually seems empty but somehow it takes forever to cook up your wings. However, they’re hot and fresh when you finally get to eat them.

I love wings. Hubster loves wings. Who doesn’t love wings?! I ordered the family pack online. 3 different portions of 10 wings in a sauce, a large side, veggies and 3 dipping sauces. We did the boneless for all of them and the sauces spicy korean, parmasean garlic, and smoky bbq. Potato salad for our side. Ranch and blue cheese. And all celery for us(you can get carrots too). The flavors were great! They originally forgot part of our order(i always check my order to go no matter where i am) and they replaced it no question! But they were great. Potato salad was surprisingly great! And the ranch and blue cheese were homemade, garlicky and delicious. Only complaint. I know its busy. But they need more staff taking orders up front. We ordered online and had to wait behind 15 teenagers(who had no idea how to order wings apparently) for 15 minutes. We could see our order in the window so it was frustrating but not entirely the staffs fault. Get more people to help and maybe have more direction on where to form a line(apparently teenagers dont know how to do that!) The poor girl was taking orders constantly, answering the nonstop ringing phone, taking payments, eek! Get her some help!

At a coworker’s suggestion(and with a mailer in hand), I tried this Wingstop with a couple of pieces of information in mind: 1) Wingstop locations can potentially vary more than a lot of other fast-food places. It may not be intentional, but some locations are(reportedly, though I’ve heard it on good authority) much better than others. 2) The restaurant boasts about everything being prepared to order, so plan to wait if you just walk in. I confirmed this with the counter: expect at least 15 minutes to get an order together, even on a slow night.(This is where calling or ordering ahead via the mobile app helps). 3) Lemon pepper wings. Outside of these things, there’s not much else to be said. Seating is limited but available at this location, and the décor is on the nicer side of ‘typical carryout spot’. The counter staff and manger were pleasant enough, although ordering ahead might’ve been nice since it’s easier to read through the various combo options when not looking upwards at a menu board. As for the wings themselves? I was impressed! The flavors were well described and present throughout each wing. While I’d agree that the amount of meat per piece is less than what you might find at some other restaurants, the quality of the wings here substantiates the price. The(not-so) hidden star of the menu? Fries. In an arena(fast food/fast casual) crowded with quality, satisfying fry choices, I was very pleasantly surprised by the seasoning blend chosen here. The potatoes’ bite is slight and light versus crispy or unnecessarily starchy; the side’s finish is a nice balance of salty + sweet that doesn’t veer too far into either.

I went there for the first time recently. I order boneless Hawaiian and garlic Parmesan wings. It was so good(the Hawaiian was better though) that I went back the next day. The next day and got Hawaiian and garlic pepper(I believe). I forgot to ask for boneless and I was not satisfied with how the wings taste. I don’t think I am a fan of their bone in or their garlic pepper. I. I had to pour ranch all over the pepper wings just to be able to eat it. I will stick with boneless. The cheese for the fries is good. I think the customer service was good.

Love their phone app to order ahead of time. Made pickup fast and easy. Love the different flavors. I like hot food so their original hot was a little mild for me so might try and bump the spice up next time. Their wings were juicy and cooked perfectly.

Wingstop is delicious hands down. Service has been good each time I went, and last time I got 5 more wings than I ordered(not sure if I got lucky because they were slow, or the worker wasnt paying attention, or another reason…) Either way, I appreciated the extra wings.

1. Order online before you go. If you don’t(and I didn’t), you’ll walk into an almost empty store and think, «yeah, this’ll be quick!» only to find out that there are a dozen internet orders ahead of you and you’ll have to wait 20 minutes. Who knew it took so long to toss sauce on wings? 2. The service is not great. Peruse the menu before you go. Better yet, see above. 3. The portion of fries is huge. They’re mushy(which I like) and lightly seasoned. I suspect there’s sugar on them, too. 4. The wings were tasty, but skimpy on the meat. One of the wings I got was literally half the size of the other(smallish) wings. It looked like a little, itty-bitty baby chicken wing. It would have been funny, except… 5. This is not cheap fast food. It won’t break the bank, but it seems a bit steeper than what it should be considering what you get. Overall: good wings, decent fries, mediocre service, overpriced.

The Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan wings are amazing! The fries are subpar as is the service, but the wings are good so they get 4 stars!
