This program is amazing! It makes you want to work out every day. Tracy, the trainer, is very positive and knows what she’s doing. The program works! I recommend it to all girls/women of every age:)

Prior to joining Sleek Body Method, I never EVER had a consistent workout routine. I failed miserably at committing to gyms and different programs. The closest I ever got to a real workout plan was when I ran cross country in high school.(Hah.) Then I met Tracy Holtzmann and my whole world changed. LITERALLY. Where do I even begin? 1. Tracy Holtzmann — Owner of Sleek Body Method — INCREDIBLE motivator — Exudes positivity and love — Bangin’ bod — Says fabulous things like«that’s crazy pants» and«awesome blossom» — Genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients 2. Meal Plan — You will understand what IIFYM means and it will change your life 4. Workouts — On Mondays/Wednesday, we do legs & you can hardly walk down the stairs afterwards — On Tuesday/Thursday, we work our shoulders, back, and arms — On Friday, you work those long muscles — On Saturday @ 9, you die doing an insane metabolic workout while 85% of the people you know are still sleeping — We lift HEAVY. 5. Sleek Body Method is a very unique studio. The owner of the studio is an AMAZING woman who knows her fitness stuff! She treats every client the same and knows each of us personally. The best part of the program is that you get a meal plan and have access to so many workouts each week. The meal plan literally changed my life. I never knew«how» to eat and what«healthy» eating meant for me. It is NOT a diet and it is very easy to adapt it to your life! The majority of the boot camps is lifting! I was very hesitant because I have never lifted before. I’m completely obsessed with lifting now. Lifting(and good food) make you a fit girl! You won’t be disappointed if you join Sleek. It is an amazing community :)
