Restoration Hardware

I love RH. I wish we had another RH other than this and the outlet. A large RH would be great! I’d also like to see new staff at this location. The store itself scores a 5 star rating with me. However, the staff scores a 1 star with me, making this stores rating a 2 star. The staff is extremely rude at this location, not helpful, and do not have product knowledge. If it wasn’t for my love of the store and the merchandise, and this being the only location here, I wouldn’t shop here again.

I have been placing orders with this company for over 2 ½ years now and they are simply amazing whether it’s for me or when I’m helping someone decorate. This place is so warm and inviting, not just the beautiful spaces and things but the people. Whether I have on my Brooks Brother blues or jogging pants, hat and a hoodie I’m greeted warmly and by everyone.
On this particular visit, I was coming in to look for some cute stocking stuffers and some additional items for holiday decorating before friends and family came in town. My last major purchase from here was two custom leather chairs. Every two weeks or so my direct sales associate or the manager of the store would call and let me know that the leathers had been dyed, hey it’s been boxed, hey it’s being shipped. I’ve ordered custom furniture and leather goods from other places before and either I had to call to get a status updates or I didn’t know anything until they were calling to schedule a delivery.
This place is pricey but you do get what you pay for and even if you don’t want to deck your home out fully in RH; there are items from the store that can be accents and really give your home a pop and a different look that you won’t see in everyone else’s home. I appreciate the craftsmanship, the thoughtfulness in decorating unique spaces and again the immensely warm and welcoming people that work for Hardware Restoration.
If you are on the other side of the mall or if you’re not, take a few extra steps, burn some extra calories and just go looking around the store. If anything, get some great ideas and make your home — a beautiful and inviting sanctuary!
