I absolutely hate this company. The attitude of their employee was awful bad. They built my pool. Theoretically, I should not write a bad review for them but this is driving me nuts. It took them more than 10 days to clean the pool. Never call me for the updates. Completely left me behind no I am not a customer of theirs. When they finally finished cleaning the pool, there were still a lot of green stuff at the bottom and the edge. I called them and they told me to send the pictures. I sent the pictures and called back to verify if they got the pictures and they told me the guy who told me to send the pictures has gone for the day after he saw my pictures. What the heck. Never try to work with the company again.

Prestige put in my pool in the summer of 1993. It unfortunately took a lot longer than anticipated as it rained all summer. Last summer I installed a new liner. I waited longer than I should have in ordering the liner. However, once the liner arrived the work was scheduled and went without a hitch. They did great work restoring the bottom surface. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite. My pool at 21 years old looks beautiful and brand new.

This place is FULL of empty promises! I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. I had them out at the beginning of the week to open and clean my pool to prepare for a weekend family event. Their commitment to me was that they would be done with«everything» by Wednesday. Jim, their service manager, might as well be a used car salesman. Everyday is full of excuses and he always passes fault to his team. What kind of leader does that?! Here it is, Saturday, I have a house full of disappointed kids and guest. BEWARE, before putting your trust and money in the hands of these people.

I can’t believe there is only one other review for this company, they are HORRIBLE! I am getting a new liner put in my pool and it is taking them SEVENWEEKS to finish the job. SEVENWEEKS. It took them TWOWEEKS before that to even get back to me and coordinate the install. I am paying you a lot of money to do a job, why would you not even call a person back? They assured me the job would get done by the end of the season, but they wouldn’t show up for days to do work and when they did show up, they would only be there for like an hour or so and then have to come back. It is now December 3rd and they are having to finish the job today because they haven’t done any work in the last two weeks. The weather forecast is calling for snow/ice mix this week, let’s hope my pool is finished by then or else they will be paying to fix my pool.

Lots of promises in the beginning… yet weeks go by with zero progress. Word of mouth has been very negative w/others who have also dealt w/them. Do your research before dealing w/Prestige.
