My understanding is that the company is under new leadership and they have reached out to me to fix the issues that I have had in the past.
I have been on Unilocal for years and have mainly positive reviews but I have never had a company reach out to try to fix issues that I have had in the past, so I will give them A LOT OF CREDIT for doing so.
