This is my first time to this location and I won’t be back…
Usually the bread is fresh and soft but not this time it was as hard as a rock. I am very disappointed. I know it’s a new location but someone needs to be checking to make sure products are fresh and not serving old bread.
We got three sandwiches and all were stale. :(

Typically Jimmy johns never disappoints me but I went to the drive thru Monday afternoon and ordered a number 12 on wheat with no tomato and no mayo add hot peppers! I drove away and started to eat my sandwich and noticed a weird texture in my sandwich after getting home I looked and all of the turkey on my sandwich still had the plastic coating! I assumed when the turkey was sliced the plastics was not removed therefore I took all the plastic off and continued to eat my sandwich!

Just came home from Jimmy John’s after picking up dinner there after a long day, my husband ordered one sandwich with green peppers and one without peppers, and we received two sandwiches with burning hot peppers of some kind and had to throw away both sandwiches. We called them and they said they can’t deliver a replacement to us even though we are quite close, we would have to drive back and we had to wait for them the first time around and they were not even really apologetic about it. We will not be going back to this location again.

Yummy #12Beach Club And I asked to «Jimmy It Up». Double YUM!!! I love how I’m greeted here. They make me feel special. I always have a great day when I have lunch at Jimmy John’s.

I am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns and was really excited that they were putting one in up the street. I was a little disappointed though when I found out they wouldn’t deliver to my house that is only 1.4 miles away.

It happened again! We ordered delivery and got the same delivery lady. And she did the exact same thing! The first thing she said as she walked in the door was a reminder that the delivery fee isn’t her tip. STOP THAT!

They just put in this new location a month or so ago, I think. The ability to take online orders is nice. I was also AMAZED at how quickly they delivered the sandwiches (two of em, actually) to my house. The sandwiches themselves were decent and not really expensive. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
