Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. Nothing will blow you away but everything they serve is very appetizing. I recommend the buffalo chicken salad it’s always top notch!

Always had steered clear of this place after a bad experience when they first opened. Went back a few weeks ago when other places were packed. Had a great experience and discovered we really like it. Went back today. Had a ribeye steak and fish tacos. Both were very good. We both got boxes to take home about half of each entrée. That’s our main complaint. The servings are huge. Even the side salad comes in a very large soup bowl. We are going to start splitting the entrée. The waitstaff has been fun and helpful. This is going to be one of our ho to places from now on.

Every time I come here I have a great time. The staff is very nice. I often see them thoroughly cleaning tables and floors, even using a flashlight in the dimmer parts of the restaurant to ensure they’re cleaning it well. I come here a lot now, and I am rarely disappointed. I would definitely recommend it! The gringo dip and chips is my favorite appetizer.

I had a late lunch here. It was busy but not overly. I waited for about five minutes to get seated but that was the only thing I waited for during my visit. I had a top shelf margarita and the Maui Jim salad. The salad was huge and so was the margarita. 54th Street grill is a chain and its décor is similar to Friday’s or Chilis. It appeared clean and the wait staff was efficient and friendly. I enjoyed my meal and my drink and would recommend it as a good place to go for a drink or a meal.

My daughter and I went here for lunch Tuesday. We ordered the cowboy steak sandwich with waffle fries and gringo dipping sauce… it was so tasty! The sandwich was layered with fresh diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, chopped greens, cheese and seasoned beautifully. The waffle fries were cut thick and perfect taste and texture without any greasiness. The décor is awesome and keeps you occupied while the food is making it’s way to the table. Both of us took home what we couldn’t finish. I begged my daughter for the other half of her sandwich later that evening so I could save mine! She wouldn’t budge! I will be thinking about this sandwich every moment that I have to live with out. If I was on death row, this is what I would order for my last meal!

Love the blackened salmon! I am disappointed in the customer service though. I called ahead to see how long of a wait they were running and was told they can’t share that with me but it didn’t seem too busy. That is rude and unappreciated. The food earned the rating!

I truly do enjoy the atmosphere of 54th Street. The décor is enough to keep you looking and amused while you wait for a table, and it’s never quiet enough that you can hear yourself think. The bar is a great place to sit during game days(or evenings, considering you even get a spot at the bar at all) where you can enjoy my FAVORITE Long Islands. As far as food goes, well who can deny that they have a MASSIVE array of menu items to choose from. They’re menu is gigantic, so much so it’s almost overwhelming. I tend to stick to their delicious burgers and waffle fries with gringo dip. You have to get their spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer; I think it’s their most underrated one. Unfortunately, I have had too many bad experiences here as far as service goes. It already takes long enough to get a spot to sit for dinner on the weekends, so it’s a bit upsetting that the bar is no longer open seating. After they made the change, I was scolded quite embarrassingly by a young waitress who felt it necessary to roll her eyes at my ignorance. I do wish they’d staff some friendlier faces(especially at the front). But, this isn’t the only customer service complaint I have as far as attitude goes. I’ll just keep it at that.

We visit 54th many times, sometimes more than we like to admit. :) So I thought I should review this so everyone understands my gratitude. We are always greeted as soon as we step in the door, by every staff member. They are very welcoming and accommodating. We always ask for KAT, since we had her one drunken night and she has been fabulous every since. Tonight we sat at the bar with Carly, an unusual experience on our end because we prefer the enclosed patio. But she was great! We never waited on anything and these girls are the best at what they do! From the gringo dip to the Kentucky lemonades… ANDESPECIALLYTHESTAFF!!! Coming here is always enjoyable… we feel right at home. (Thanks Kirsten, Austin, and Prim(I dont actually know your name) for introducing yourselves and being very personable and accommodating as well)

Try the Blackened Grilled Tilapia, it was super good. Tilapia was seasoned well, loved the baked potato, and the wild garden rice was awesome. I really enjoyed my meal and I would definitely order it again. Our servers were great and friendly. Good prices for Happy Hour as well. It would be a great place to watch a sports game here. I will be back!

You know it’s kind of a sad thing really. This place could be awesome but what would be a 25 – 30 minute wait at maybe Joey B’s or Friday’s turns into about 50 – 55 minutes. Why because not one member seems to care when a table is done and people are all waiting. It’s like the we could care less you’re here for us not us here for you

When I walked in there was a strange smell in the lobby, almost like a locker room. I thought about going across the street to TGIFridays but decided to stay. Thankful I was seated in the far corner of the restaurant, away from the smell. Unfortunately the hostess forget to give me silverware. I order my steak medium well, however it came out well done and well over seasoned. Otherwise the food was good. The baked potato and Caesar salad were good portions. My server Austin was friendly and attentive. The Long Island was delicious.

54th street grill and bar is an interesting place. They have signs and posters from the 4’s to the present very fun to look around while waiting for your food. I ordered the regular burger. It’s was a mediocre burger. Although the food was, just okay, the staff were nice and diligent. Overall 54th street is extremely comparable to Applebee’s or TGI fridays.

went here for the first times, the menu is huge, I found it hard to focus on the items. I started — my meal with wheat bread and honey butter it was ok. I also decided on getting the chicken bites appetizer thing after reading the description I was expecting something different then what I got. For my meal I finally decided on the chicken fried chicken dinner it was a breaded chicken breast that was delicious by the way a scoop of mashed potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese and a side of white gravy the gravy was so good and peppery. The macaroni and cheese was more like a cheese pasta because it had about three different noodle types in it and it was it was okay. I also added a side of the southern green beans they were good you can tell they were fresh green beans and had lots of flavors. I would definitely come back here and give their menu a second try. Was just a little sad that my first experience wasn’t an exceptional dinner.

Ate at the bar for happy hour & really liked it. Chain restaurants know how to do happy hour with cheap food & drinks in a clean environment. Both bartenders were attentive & patient while I waited for another person. $ 5.49 apps Veggie quesadilla– was just OK because they really just substituted beans for meat. $ 1 extra for guacamole was worth it. Combo biggie basket– had little variety to make it interesting, but was mostly chips & gringo/queso dip $ 1.75 tacos These were very nice for the money. $ 4.99 sangria Presentation & taste was great according to date, but low alcohol content I went off happy hour menu to get a better beer(an ale).

I love this place. The kitchen is fast! The food is hot and I just couldn’t resist the onion rings with a myriad of sauces. I was ecstatic to see that they have a vegan vegetarian menu with such healthy options for sides and the menu is huge. The entire team and staff seems to watch each table and take care of the guests who are here which is really different than a lot of places The prices are what is normal I’m not sure if I’m supposed to mention names but our server Taylor just smiled at us and with patient, kind, and took care of our every need which made the entire experience so good we will ask for her in the future

4 stars for the category this place falls into ie tgif’s, chili’s, etc… Food is what is expected, not outstanding grub, but good. Drinks were big, and cheap… main reason for the 4th star. 3 long islands, 2 micro — brew drafts, 1 bloody Mary, and a sampler platter was $ 45… good deal in my book.

Great food, great staff especially Kristen and Colby who are at the main bar! The lunch menu is great value and if you review them on line after the visit you get a free appetizer on your next visit and you just show them your review number on your phone. I go about twice a month.

Good food. Good service. They have about 10 beers on tap(mostly A-B products) if you’re a beer drinker. If you order chicken-fried steak, go with the half-portion. The full portion is too big, plus it comes with two sides and a biscuit. Enormous! 54th Street isn’t really a destination restaurant. However, it’s next to Ronnie’s 20 so it’s a perfect place to get some food or drinks before or after a movie.

35 minute wait with 5 visibly open tables. Either get a better busboy or don’t worry about my repeat business.

I’ve been here 3 times and have been extremely pleased with both the food and service. Food always comes out quick and hot. Last time, I ordered the grilled chicken/bacon/avocado sandwich, sweet potato fries, with an avocado/ranch dressing on the side… OMG. That dressing is TODIEFOR. I will be needing a recipe for it asap. Overall, great place and I highly recommend it!

If I’m being forced to go to a chain burger joint 54th Street & Red Robins are the only acceptable ones to me as of now. Waffle fries & gringo dip. I just want clogged arteries; can’t you tell. Do yourself a favor & check out the drink specials beforehand. You may want to take advantage of them; specially the ‘large margs’(I had to). That’s all folks.

Went for the first time with some friends and it was good. We had a 30 minute wait for a table which is longer than I am normally willing to wait but it was worth it. The drinks were good but it is kind of pricey. The food was delicious and the menu is huuuuge. I ordered the French dip and my husband got a steak. Everything was cooked properly and it was delicious. I will return!

This place is ok. I have been here on several occasions with friends or family. The salads are really good. The sandwiches and entrees all seem just a little bland. Not a huge fan of how they decorate. Seems messy. This place is best for family with kids and not high expectations on high quality food.

I came here for lunch today, its been a while since I’ve been here. large menu which is great. I got the Memphis burger, pulled pork and burger with BBQ sauce and seasoned fries. it was okay, not amazing. I do know the gringo dip is delicious. I have to say the girl named Ashley was not the greatest server here, she was preoccupied with a large table and also my fries were not even hot/warm. maybe the food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold? I was not impressed with the service, wanted to ask for a few extra things but our server Ashley kept running around the place and not checking on us. The atmosphere itself is great, the music and vibe is cool, Its just the server we had today was not very helpful or distracted to check on our table. our sodas got mixed up. and the lukewarm food. I’d go again but they need to have friendly and attentive staff, Period.
