AVOIDATALLCOSTS! Shady business practices!!! My husband and I came here to buy a couch. We chose a sofa w/chaise in a light microfiber fabric, with the chaise to the left. We were told by Daniel that it would take a week to arrive, and that we would receive a call when it was in. No biggie, that’s typical. A week and a half went by… no couch and no call. I called and was told that the chaise was in, but that the sofa portion was back-ordered another week. Another week went by, and still no couch or call. I called them and was told that the sofa would be in the next day, and that it would be delivered the day after. OK, now we are getting somewhere. The sofa was delivered in a box wrapped in plastic. When we removed the wrapping, we noticed that it was not what we had picked out. The color of the sofa that we received is brown, and the chaise is on the right side. We gave them a call, and we were told that they have no control over the models that the manufacturers currently stock, and that they could not give us a refund because they fulfilled their side of the agreement. WTF! IF I WANTED A FUCKINGBROWNCOUCH I WOULDHAVEPICKEDOUT A BROWNCOUCHMORON!!! They should not have floor models out that are not available. STAYAWAY!

This is the most dishonest business I have ever come across. Stay away at all costs. I bought a king size mattress for over a thousand $ after having checked out the model on the shop floor. The mattress was delivered on time but alas, it had a completely different feel. I thought i bought a firm mattresses and the one I got was a soft version of the same brand. Upon calling them the very next day, they claimed that there was a «no return» and a «no exchange» policy, no questions asked! After many phone calls, I proposed that we settle on the policy on the official purchase contract, which calls for a 30% restocking fee. I was willing to give up $ 300+ just to wash my hands of this fiasco. But they flat out refused to do that as well. I am pursuing the matter in small claims court now and will keep this posted on the developments.

I went into this place and was very happy with the initial service. The salesperson, Kim was very accommodating and also gave my fiancé’ and I a great price on a bedroom set. I had looked around for at least a month and finally found one in here that I liked. The problems started the day they were to deliver the set. First they didn’t have all the pieces and were missing a nightstand and a dresser.(Even though it had been over 6 weeks since we ordered and PAID for the set) Then they changed their mind and said they had all the pieces, no problem. They were 2 hours late delivering the items, and when they showed up the dresser was missing and one of the nightstands was messed up really bad on top! Fast forward a month later, and still NO dresser. I called recently(one of many times) and they said, «Oh sorry — backorder take 6 more weeks.» I was LIVID. After calling half a dozen more times and GOING back to the store, they finally said that it actually was now available and we would get it in a few days. Whew, finally! They also promised me a replacement nightstand with my delivery of the chest. Well, when the chest was FINALLY delivered last Saturday it was the wrong one! Wrong color, wrong style, wrong size. I called as soon as I saw this(wouldn’t you be able to tell a chest is completely different set than the nightstand that I ordered? Black vs. Brown, different style?) I have been dealing with this place over my order for 3 months and it has been horrendous. I wish I could retract my order and start over, but they already have my money. Here’s a tip — never buy products from places that only take checks! They are«supposed» to call me back tomorrow to let me know when the chest will be in. We’ll see what happens… I am going to have to go back down there, again! Update: I called back, and now Katie(who has been helping us after Kim) is not in, and even though she said on Monday that she would be there on Wednesday, she is not and will be back in on Friday. I asked for a manager and they absolute would not give me one on the phone and demanded for my number to call us back. I have to now go down there because they will not help me. Update #2: We finally got our chest about a month later, and they gave us $ 50 in cash back for the hassle I guess. While I hear that other furniture stores have«similar» issues, it’s not cool for me.
