I’ve been meaning to write about our recent experience as well. Went back with my wife when she needed new furniture. We bought the same design couch and love it! Glad that Khang again was the salesperson. Set up and delivery was a breeze!

They are very rude we order a dinning table and we bought previous furniture from them but every time the brought us the table it was defected so we would call and they said they would bring a new one so they repeated it 4 times and it was still defected the last time they said they weren’t going to change it no more and he got in our face and told us to get the fuck out of his store I would say u should take ur business some where else

Save yourself a headache and some money, and go somewhere that conducts business ethically. We found a couch, sat on it, liked it, and were assured that they would make it fit through our door. We put down a $ 200 deposit and the salesmen, Khang avoided going over the small print with us although he did mention a 30% restocking fee when asked. When we got home it was obvious the couch was not going to fit, so first thing the next morning I rang to cancel delivery and request a refund. Khang advised me that he would need to ask his manager. No one called back so i had to keep calling and was told ‘my manager is, errr, in a meeting’ Eventually he told me that his manager, John, was offering us $ 100 cash and a $ 100 store credit but only if we came to the store in person. They refused any kind of refund over the phone. I was told we were lucky they didn’t charge us the full 30% restocking fee of $ 330. How can you charge a restocking fee or hold a deposit for a couch you haven’t delivered?!? So basically they tried to charge us $ 200 to sit on a couch in their show room for 10 minutes, and they would not let us cancel, instead holding our deposit to force us to come back and spend more money with them. So, we called the bank who advised us that this is fraudulent and blocked the payment. Thank goodness for the bank. If we had paid in cash we would have been screwed. I recommend going somewhere respectable that won’t try to rip you off. One star is overly generous.

This place is a joke. The lady told me that she couldn’t give me a price for a bedroom set until I decided to buy it. What?! Her explanation was that if she gave me a price I would use it to bargain at other stores. What a bunch of nonsense! Then I went outside and ran into her coworker at the door and when I asked him where I can get prices he gave me a link to a site that was down. I told him the site was down but he didn’t seem to care and just nodded me off. Save your time and don’t even bother with this place.

Buyer Beware!!! This company is as bad. I bought a couch and love seat in September of 2013. The warranty given with the couch has a 5 year warranty on the reclining mechanism. It broke in July 2014. I have been fighting with them to resolve the issue. They tell me «no its the warranty company issue «I have spoken to Ashley warranty company and they are very clear «on page 7 of warranty it states it is the responsibility of the retailer» I’ve read it and agree it is clear. Direct and More Furniture responsibility. Khung the sales man is a lier and never returns phone calls when he says he will. They will not back the products they sell you. John Lee is the store manager. He to will not return my calls. all they want to do is bounce me back and forth between Ashley Furniture and themselves.
I will be taking them to court over this issue. Do your selves a favor never step foot in the establishment, save yourself the headache unless you just have money to throw away. Please let your friends know not to do business here!

It’s a good place to look for furniture. They gave me a good deal and good customer service as well. Trust me! You would easily find what you are looking for here.
Especially their delivery service was so nice and on time.

My girlfriend and I bought a bed from them and we split the cost on each card and they double charged us both. We called the store and told them about it and the manager told us to come to the store and he would give us our money back. So we drove all the way there (we don’t live close) just for them to say we can’t give your money back and to call our banks and dispute it. We still have yet to receive our money back. Also when the delivery man came to drop off the new mattress and pick up the old one he charged me and extra 20 to take the box spring which we paid for them to take both when we bought the mattress. Even if u can save a little bit of money going here you are better of paying a little more for professionals.

I made the right decision coming here to buy furniture for my first home.
Great selection of couches, sofa, loveseats and even beds. If you cant find what youre looking for they still have online catalog, with very little to none extra wiating time. They even offered quality warranty on their product. My aunt got her sofa from this place and she recommended me this place.
Their delivery service was off the chart too! The guys wwere really nice, and one of them is kinda cute too! Lol
Make sure you dont mistake this place with the other two though, as it can be easily mistaken.
Anyway, im very satisfied with my purchases and the service recieved. Will definitely comeback here!

… shopped around at Ashley Furniture, Ramos Furniture, and some other place on e14th … went here, and saw one of the couches we considered at the other places at a much affordable price! transaction went smoothly, and delivered 3 days later as promised, and the delivery guys were very nice … I’ll update this review down the line on the quality of our new couch :)

Well almost 8 months of having of supposed to be top of the line couch the damn thing broke. They told us there is a 1yr warranty which so far they haven’t helped… never again will I buy from again!!! Spent too much for the crap to break.

I LOVE this store! I had a budge and they worked with me and gave me the best price. first I was a little worried about the stuff not been in my house in time but they got here b4 the 2 weeks they told me. what I liked is that not only they worked with my budge but they also gave me free delivery and I live in san jose ca.
