I was using a firm mattress of other brand from other store for a long time. When we tried to upgrade to queen size to king size, the brand we liked was out of stock for a while. So, I went to their store to give a try.
There are several choices of firm mattresses in their store. The owner was very friendly and gave us some frank suggestion. The mattress was delivered to us at the same day. The whole process went very smoothly. The owner even offered to help us to deliver our replaced mattress to one of my friend home (though in the end my friend didn’t need it.).
Pretty happy with them.

Dreamland Mattress is actually a factory direct mattress warehouse outlet:
–not many floor models.
–all mattresses are stored wrapped standing up in racks in the warehouse.
–to try a few, a fork lift driver had to download a few.
–no soft ones, just variations of hard
–even foam memory one was too firm.
Papa bear didn’t find anything close to what he needed, a soft but firm mattress. the mattresses here are from China. most models are on the firm end. these mattresses are suited to people from Asia who are used to firm mattresses.

We finally got this firm mattress we’ve been looking for years in the Bay Area. My wife and I came from China and we are used to firm bed. After sleeping on an American style soft mattress for a while we found both of us not able to rest well and developed low back pain. My wife even prefers the floor to our old bed. So we started looking for firm mattresses around and got disappointed every mattress store we went to.
We’ve been to every mattress store we could find and even the extra firm ones felt not firm at all. Three months earlier we finally heard from a friend about this store and went there to try the mattress. The mattresses I believe are specially designed for Asian people. They look similar to American mattresses but feel exactly the way Asian beds do. Their services are excellent. Free delivery and installation. The price was affordable, very very nice!!!
I recommend this store to all the people from Asian who is used to firm beds! They also have memory foam mattresses and pillows.
