So, I have Simmons Beauty Rest 700 Plush mattress, with the box spring and frame all purchased at the same time, 12÷5÷15 from Sleep Train at Howe Bout Arden. The manufacture tag says it was made 9⁄14(September of 2014, today is February 6, 2015). The mattress has two huge dips in it. The inspector came out and determined the dips are only 1 ¼″ deep so the mattress cannot be replaced under warranty. In my mind, a five month old $ 1300 mattress should not have any dips/sags in it, at all. My husband and I wake up every morning stiff, achy, and I have constant pain in my upper back. I called Sleep Train, they sent the inspector out and I called Simmons after getting the determination from sleep train. There’s nothing they can do because they sold the mattress to Sleep Train and its no longer there responsibility, «there’s a lot of red tape,» according to them. Just doesn’t seem right that I am suffering and in this much pain after making a purchase with a company I thought I could trust and from a manufacturer I thought I could trust.

Whatever you do, DONOTBUY A SIMMONSMEMORYMATTRESS. Not only will they not stand by their product,(which begs the question of why even claim they have a warranty; except the mattress spontaneously combusts from your own body heat) they only last about 6 months before they begin to breakdown. Think sleeping in a canoe. Two in less than a year,(I’m just ever hopeful) and when talking to, ahem, «customer service» I was told how lucky I am to have a Simmons memory bed. As I go sleep on the floor I will try to remember how lucky I am.
