I have been coming to this cleaner for years. It’s a bit out of my way, but they do such excellent work. Recently, I took them a large order of things that had been in storage for some time. The owner called me a few days later and said one of my suits needed a repair. She suggested I have her weave it so it would hold and look more professional. I agreed. When I went to pick up my things, she reminded me that the weave wasn’t ready yet, but gave me 30% off my order for my loyalty. I told her how grateful I was for the offer but that it was really unnecessary because I appreciated the great work they do but she insisted. THAT is great customer service. I will be coming here for a long time.
