I LOVETOGOS! I actually used to work for one in a different city, so my standards are a bit higher than others I guess. We moved here a few years ago and this is the location we usually go to. The staff is usually super friendly and quality of food is great. They’ve made a few minor mistakes here and there but overall a great place. Always clean, quick service, and friendly staff who often engage in conversation, which is nice in this area… Usually people don’t talk to each other in E. San Jose, but the kids working there are quite nice.

The sandwiches are great here. Customer service can improve by having workers greet customers more and be friendly.

I would have to say Togos is my favorite spot to get sandwiches. I love the food and the customer service is awesome. I went there last night with my husband. I always get a good laugh from one of the workers there named Patty. She’s so sweet and funny. Deffinatly deserves 5 stars.

This Togos seems to have very distracted employees that waste their cutomer’s time. My bf ordered me a hot pastrami sandwhich and when he came home, the freaking pastrami was missing!!! Ugh, that’s like ordering an ice cream cone with no ice cream… pathetic. He then had to drive back, which is an inconvenience in itself, and talk to the manager. BTW, the manager was the one who messed up my sandwich. They gave my bf a free sandwich coupon but seriously, just save your coupons and get my order right!

I have been to almost all the Togo’s in the Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Milpitas, and San Jose area… This Togo’s is one of the best. Very nice and friendly staff… and no manager/owner watching. I think the employees get nervous when they do that. All the employees are excellent sandwich makers. FIVESTARS!

I have always heard about how good TOGO’S sandwiches are so I went to this one with my mom. The restaurant was not busy at all and we saw 4 people working. Not one greeted us until we had been in there for a couple of minutes. We stood in line for 5 minutes watching some lady train the employees… There should have been some customer service training. They don’t have to worry about us going back.

On the rare occasion this place gets my sandwich right, it’s really good. Unfortunately, that almost NEVER happens! I order the same thing every time, and every time my sandwich is different and always missing something. Today was the last straw. I ordered my usual turkey and avocado with everything, and half the shit wasn’t in my sandwich. No pickles, no onions, and no peppers even though I asked for extra. Other times they forget mayo and mustard, and my husband always gets tomatoes even when he says no tomatoes. I swear the idiots here do it on purpose, no one can possibly be stupid enough to fuck up a sandwich 90% of the time but that’s exactly what they do here. Plus, the place usually stinks and while they are«busy» fucking up your order they aren’t even friendly. Usually gossiping amongst eachother, ignoring customers, or generally grouchy. I’ll have to drive across town to another location because I’m never coming back here.

Worst Togo’s ever I wait in line girl looks at me tells me I’ll be with you in a minute minutes later several dudes walk in start serving them apparently I’m invisible last time I came here one of the employees was talking really loud about how she was going to get drunk after her shift so I went to McDonalds instead never coming back to that location terrible customer service

She starts making you sandwich with out listening… my husband didn’t want the thousands island dressing she has already put on the sandwich she was pre occupied with waving hello to family and friends that where in… & on my sandwich I asked for large she was giving me a regular.. I told her I wanted a large but it was okay… she told me with being rude she make another one.. shoves it in some bin. it was just not a nice experience this time around…

Frugal togos I am a huge togos fan. Togos is a staple fast food for me. My 2 go to sandwiches are the #8 turkey/RB loaded and the #10 pastrami/Reuben. This is and has been one if the least of my favorite Togo spots. Everytime I have eaten there, they seem so frugal on everything. Weighing everything from the amt of lettuce to how many onions they put in your sandwich. They even make my sandwhich backwards sometimes which just doesn’t fit the bread right. The workers are never really friendly always seem more involved in whatever gossip they are caught up in or just give eye ball looks at you. So far I have eaten here 3 times over the course of 2 years. I try to avoid this location when possible. My experience after a whole year… exactly the same. When I get my #10 I always like my sandwich loaded with produce, when I asked for a little more sour kraut, as I always do, they said it would cost extra. Wtf??? Never coming back here again!

I really enjoy Togo’s sandwiches, my personal favorite is the Hot Pastrami! The store is nice and clean. Employees are always nice, friendly and actually very helpful on the days I don’t know what to eat =). Diane, is always very sweet and is always smiling!

My go to sandwich spot. I get a #28 with cheddar cheese almost every time. Hot pastrami is another favorite w/cheese. Potato soup & broccoli soup are also very good. Chinese chicken salad is also good here.

Service was bad the little man behind the counter said to the other employee while I was calmly waiting my turn«can I get some f word service.» Implying to get them to come take my order while I was making up my mind. I almost left without ordering, but knowing it wasn’t the girls fault her coworker was so rude I asked for a suggestion, she had none to give. Lesson learned can get better subs at subway.

I don’t care if you hate on this because it’s a chain. After at least 10 years since my last visit to Togo, I didn’t realize how much better it is than Subway. They’re just never around when I want to have a sandwich. The employees at this location are really cool and laid back. They could care less if you run into their restaurant asking for napkins even though you didn’t order anything. They could care less if you sit at their tables outside eating another restaurant’s food. It’s probably because there are always empty tables. The quality of the bread and the amount they put in their sandwiches are generous. They don’t leave any room for air. It helps that they’re really as cheap as Subway. There isn’t as much variety with the breads but you can have salads or a sandwiches in a bowl. Calorie counts are everywhere. Hear no evil, see no evil.

This location has the worst customer service. Unfriendly, irritated that they have to work. Sorry guys but that life. You’re not obligated to be there.

When you think of togos you think of a sandwich. Today I got just that but it was stepped up a notch or two. A very friendly employees by the name of Victor made me his house special sandwich. I’m a big critic when it comes two burgers and sandwiches I have to say that this one kicks ass. Not only was a sandwich great attitude was great as well. I give him half the score just for his great service.

Ok I’ve only had one bad experience here and It was because of a guy talking to his coworkers while he made my sandwich. He would joke with them while preparing it. It honestly took like 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. Time is valuable, especially when its your lunch break. Every other time the women working here have been very nice. They work fast and know what they are doing. there is a manager here(forget her name) she is very sweet. The Establishment itself is not bad. they offer about 30 seats for customers. The place is kept clean and organized. It also opens to the back of the shopping strip. The food is similar to other togos, although that one time(referenced above) I got shorted in the amount of roast beef. Usually they weigh their meats and this time the guy didn’t weigh it and it was significantly less(found out after) The best deal is definitely the daily special. This is a select sandwich(changes every day) which cost you only $ 4 for a regular size. If you want a drink then its $ 5. If you want to add chips then its $ 6. You can also pick up a frequent muncher(not sure what they call it) card and get it punched every time you buy a sanwich. After your 9th sandwich your 10th one becomes free! what a deal

You’re better off at Burger King, Home Town Buffet or grabbing a pre made sandwich at Walgreens. You’re sandwich will not be correct, HORRIBLE customer service. Go somewhere else; for a real good sandwich go to Antipastos or Save Marts deli up the road. The manager Dan doest seem to have a handle on even who is manager!

My other go-to lunch spot Monday-Friday! I like this Togo’s a lot because of the workers. Everyone is so unusually friendly there is kind of touching: P When waiting in line they always reassure customers that they will be helped shortly. LOVE. Lines are always long during lunch, but moves fairly quickly. What I’ve tried: Clam Chowder — Decent clam chowder; not bad but not amazing. Southwestern Chile — SOGOOD. Very zesty soup with tons of flavor. Highly recommend. Santa Fe Chicken Salad — I get it ALLTHETIME. The tortilla strips kind of defeats the purpose of eating healthy, but that crunch is just so on point. Looks small, but it’s actually very filling. Make sure you double check for dressing since they forgot the other day on my order :( Plenty of room to eat here. Good for a quick bite! There’s a Target in the same plaza too so win-win!
