TOGO’S Sandwiches

The guy who works there needs major training!!! Hope the owner reads this!!! More training the better and more knowledge your employees can have. We will be going to a different Togo from now on… thanks

The guy who made my wrap to go purposely put a crap ton of sauce on it to ruin my meal. Seriously there was like a whole cup of sauce I could of filled with what was coming out of the sandwhich. Plus he burnt my girlfriends sandwhich, which I didnt think was possible. And the guy was being extremely rude.

I’ve been going here a lot lately and have been getting great service. There usually isn’t much of a wait and they always seem friendly.
I’ve gotten a bunch of different kinds of sandwiches and they’ve made them all perfectly.
The only reason I can’t do 5 stars is because a couple of times I’ve gotten some bread that could taste better. Maybe it wasn’t as fresh because I came in towards the end of the day.
Either way, a minor complaint but in no way does it deter me from coming back.

The kid making my sandwich cared very little about making it, supplies for the sandwich are important to stock… Check before you tell the customer your out!!!

Went here today with my girlfriend for a late lunch. The person who helped us was very unfriendly. I ordered a California club with all ham instead of ham and turkey, the person making my sandwich decided she cod just give me a half portion of meat since I didn’t want both types, my sandwich had almost not mayo on it (I prefer it over the ranch) and she just started putting veggies on it without asking! My girlfriend ordered a sandwich that didn’t have an accompanying number listed so the person who helped us seemed extremely annoyed, her sandwich was also very lite on portions and both of our sandwich were very dry. I have ordered these same sandwich from other togo’s and never had any problem with my food. This is honestly unacceptable I won’t be coming back to this togo’s and recommend other don’t either. There are other togo’s in the area that do the sandwichs right and are actually friendly, this place was a disgrace to the togo’s brand.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience here yesterday. I have a family member who is currently in the hospital so while we got a break, we came over for a quick bite to eat before going back to the hospital. I ordered an avocado and cheese and was very disappointed to find out I got a #24 instead. I can’t eat meat due to a severe stomach problem, which is why I specifically said just avocado and cheese. I wasn’t going to leave the hospital just to go get another sandwich and I couldn’t eat it. I called to tell the staff what had happened and the lady wouldn’t do anything but take my name and phone number instead of refunding me the money on the card even after I explained to her I couldn’t leave the hospital. I am so disappointed and I’m never coming back.

Not sure what the name of the lady that was making my sandwich but she was very very rude. You should work on your customer service skills. It doesn’t matter that you don’t like your job. If you don’t like it let someone else work in your place. She was a woman in her mid 40’s.

Called to place a phone order… Waited on hold for 5min and 15 seconds? Hung up. Called back & no answer? Why don’t they want my business???

This is by far the best TOGO’s I’ve visited! I’ve been here a couple times and all the staff is extremely cordial. Never had a problem with any of my orders (mind you I’ve found a hair in my sandwich at a different location). They genuinely appreciate their customers here and it shows, through their excellent customer service. =)

I got turkey avocado here and didn’t like the taste especially the bread tasted like dough! I just had half of it because I was starving and had the worst stomachache as soon as I got home and threw up!
Never go there again!

This is the worst Togos in the area. They dont have Sprite/​Sierra Mist. I mean, who doesn’t have that at their soda machine? Instead they have many flavors of fruit soda/​punch. Sorry owners but this isnt Mexico. Also the bread is often stale and the ingredients dont seem that fresh. I ask for light mayo and they slop it on heavy anyway. The people who work here are nice and work fast but some dont speak English so the sandwich turns out funky. I will be going to the Pruneyard Togos from now on.

They were so nice when I came in today. Be sure to check in to get your free drink! Quick, friendly and fresh ingredients. They make my tummy happy every time!

I had a great experience at togos. Lauren and Kaitlin were wonderful and they deserve a raise or some kind of bonus.

Rachelle was excellent! I had her make four different sandwiches, each special order. She did not flinch!

I was taken aback at the negative review regarding service provided by Togo sandwich-​builder Lauren, as I’ve had the good fortune of ordering from her the last two times I visited this location (been coming here for years). I found Lauren to be efficient, willing to double-​check order details, and friendly. It’s no easy job, and it must be stressful when the line stretches to the front door, as it often does; yet she and her co-​workers stay on task and keep our wait-​time reasonable. The downside for this location, for me, is the somewhat high turnover of good workers. I hope Lauren remains on board.

Unfourtunetly I have to give at least one star. This place is horrible. The Sandwich maker (Lauren) is disrespectful, not even asking me if I want a other sandwich just rolling her eyes when I would ask for a other. She would much rather talk about what she was doing after work with the other co workers and the so called manger other than to help me making sure I got everything I needed. Stay away from this location. The branch on Saratoga Sunnyvale is way better (Five star service).

I occasionally call in a sandwich order on my way to work for lunch and/​or dinner. saturday and Sunday is the $ 4 special with the turkey. 4 bucks for a great togos sandwich can’t be beat. I have always preferred togos over any other chain sandwich. only one time did they forget to make my order.

This location has easy parking, a staff is friendly and can handle making more than one sandwich at a time (not all Togo locations can manager to do that). The ingredients are fresh. I have been incorporating Togos mini cold sandwich as part of my diet and have been pretty successful loosing weight!

I like sandwiches and so do my coworkers. I’ve picked up lunch for the office from this location and I’m usually in & out within 20 minutes. Parking is pretty easy to find. Service is never an issue, I’ve always gotten friendly experiences. However, compared to a few other locations, I feel like the sandwiches aren’t as packed with veggies. Maybe it’s just me but hey, I like my veggies too! The location is very close to work so Togo’s is always a contender when picking up lunch for the office. I’d continue to come back but maybe next time I’ll ask for a bit more veggies!

came here one day after a long night at work and just made it before closing (5 minutes before). I hate showing up near closing time since they have most of the stuff put away and are ready to go. the worker was nice and helped us anyways
the food: the foo dis the same at every Togos. it was good at this place since they were closing and they had to reheat the meatballs of my sammich and made it extra hot and sucey. I take a Togos sub over subway any day
the staff: the staff was nice since they were willing to reheat the meatballs for me since they had put everything away when I had showed up. the girl was nice and gave me a free soda while I waited for my meatball sub.
the place. it is small and in a small shopping center with a Starbucks at the corner with plenty of parking. the Togos is small and seats about 40 people, not that its ever packed. they kept the tables and soda machines very clean.
am I coming back: I think I am since its just down the street from me and the people are nice here. Ill make sure to make t on time from now on.
